Location is good, and connected to a beautiful beach. Otherwise, there’s not many activities or things to do on the property.

This hotel is horrible. The staff are rude and impatient during check in. Some are even unprofessional, took us 30 mins to check out! We almost missed the flight due to the delay. There are also hidden charges you need to keep in mind, parking fee is 30 dollars per day, plus there is no guarantee to find a parking slot there, lines are all misleading and no plan to fix it, resort fee is about 36ish dollars per day. It’s kind of crazy to have parking fee on Kauai island, given how pricy the booking fee already is. The bed is so soft that every morning after waking up, I have a sore neck and arms, very uncomfortable. The only thing good about this hotel is probably the location, it’s literally near the beach, but that’s it. It won’t cover the bad experience overall. Be mindful if you plan to book, especially with the price.

I booked 3 rooms for my family - including 2 adult children and partners. Rooms comfortable and modern and cool and with a comfortable bed. Lots of pool area and plenty of seating around the various pools. Loved the ambiance of the pool area. The hotel backs onto the largest beach we saw on Kauai. The beach wasn’t suitable for swimming when we were there but it was great for walking. Can’t wait to go back.

It was a quick trip to the resort from the airport. But I was disappointed with the beaches. Hotel was nice overall. The staff was very friendly and helped with recommendations!

Great location, good beach. we were in one of the top levels. Very poor condition carpets. Raining infiltration in some areas of corridors leading to bedroom. Extremely overpriced for the room quality.

This is a good resort if you can get a reasonable rate, which we did. If you book directly through the resort the prices seem high for the value. One of the jacuzzis did not work and the other one was quite crowded during our stay. The location was good and reaching all areas of the island was easy and convenient. The lounge had good service, drinks, food and entertainment nightly which was a good plus. We found the staff to be very helpful and polite. I would think this resort would be good for families. The rooms are a little dated but it appears that upgrades are being made. The rooms really need a sheer curtain on the sliding door to the lanai. We found the big wooden plantation doors that you slide close to be bothersome and clumsy. We would stay here again due to the great staff and welcoming service we received.

The hotel environment is great, you can see the sea, the resort services include swimming pools and other services, the service quality of the service staff is very good, I strongly recommend staying in this hotel!

The service attitude at the front desk is not good. The surrounding environment is okay. There is an additional fee for parking. The swimming pool is good. Washing and drying are ten dollars a time. It is a bit expensive. It is close to the airport.

It was really bad. After arriving at the hotel, I upgraded to an Oceanfront room with sea view. In the end, I spent a total of more than 800 US dollars a night. It can't be compared to the hotels in Honolulu. This hotel is full of cockroaches and moths, and the bathroom smells bad. The beach is full of reefs and snorkeling is really not possible.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful swimming pool, the people working at the bar are very pleasant however disappointment at the reception level (not all of us agree) but when you pay that much you expect more consideration and kindness, it's a shame, For the explanation, my French blue card does not pass with their strip reading system (message stating insufficient balance) except that the day before another person allowed me to insert it and make my code and as if by magic It works in fact I made purchases in town right after with this famous card. Bad luck, I had a bad trip, I was planning to come back at the end of my trip but it clearly put me off.
