Ulasan Nova Hotel

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang bagus, sangat dekat dengan stasiun trsm, ada supermarket besar AH 5 menit, 15 menit berjalan kaki ke stasiun kereta pusat. Terdapat 5-6 anak tangga yang tidak dapat dihindari untuk masuk dan keluar hotel, hotel hanya memiliki lift model lama, dan terkadang harus menunggu beberapa saat. Hotel menyediakan mesin kopi gratis, tetapi tidak ada ketel air panas di kamar, yang sangat merepotkan. Lagu selamat malam sudah tidak ada lagi di hari pertama saya menginap, untung cuacanya tidak panas, jadi saya tidur dengan jendela terbuka selama beberapa hari.

Kamarnya besar, tempat tidurnya bersih, kamar mandinya besar dan higienis, ada kopi gratis dan air panas, dan 18 menit jalan kaki dari stasiun pusat. Di sebelah Istana Lama dan Dam Square. nyaman.

**Extended Review (83 words):** While the room itself was spacious and clean, our stay was overshadowed by multiple challenges. My husband suffered a painful injury after slipping on the stairs while struggling with heavy luggage—a situation exacerbated by the hotel’s lack of elevators. Despite urgently requesting an accessible room due to his injury, we were told none were available. The only alternative was a first-floor room, which still required navigating 1.5 flights of stairs, adding unnecessary strain. Staff support was absent during this ordeal, and no apologies or assistance were offered. Furthermore, the absence of air conditioning could make summer stays unbearably hot, a detail future guests should prioritize. On the upside, the hotel’s central location is undeniably convenient for exploring the area. However, travelers considering this spot for its prime location must weigh this against the significant accessibility issues, especially if mobility or comfort is a priority. Those with heavy luggage or physical limitations may find the stairs and lack of amenities particularly frustrating. Proceed with caution unless these drawbacks are manageable for your needs.

Great hotel if you get renovated room. Room 12 was awesome.

Good location for trip

Breakfast is good value. Staff very helpful. Although a lift to a few rooms ,tricky winding stairways not for disabled. Tram 2 to museum and train almost out front. No bottled water supplied and no kettle for room coffee. Lovely bedding.

Excellent location - about 15 minutes walk from Centraal train station. I had a very comfortable stay. Clean and well maintained. Tea, coffee, and water inclusive which is great.

This is a largely self service hotel. It’s clean and well located. A short walk to the sites in the city. There is a geothermally heated outdoor pool in walking distance also. Olympic sized lap pool as well as soaking pools. Amazing to swim laps or just soak on a cold day.

Is centrally located. Within walking distance to most things. Room contains mini fridge and safe.
