The absolute best place I have ever stayed!! Phenomenal food, amazing accommodations, incredible views, great facilities!

A world class resort with a world class staff. Everyone was extremely professional and extraordinarily helpful. Can’t wait to return to Timbers Kauai. It is my first choice for a relaxing get away. The highlight of my vacation was underwater spearfishing. I saw green turtles, colorful fish, eel, and much more. Walking around the 450 acre farm with all the beautiful and exotic animals was just what I needed to relax and decompress after the turmoil in the world today.

Everyone at Timbers welcomes you and makes you feel like family. The accommodations are beautiful, beds are comfortable, the view is amazing and the activities are so fun. We love staying at the resort. It is so easy to have a great meal and just relax.

The property is new and located in a secluded and scenic area, but the nearest beach is a bit away (5 min drive). The infrastructure and location are great but if you are travelling with family looking for a resort like experience this is not the place to be in, there is only 1 restaurant on the property (so limited options), there is no 24x7 room service, and your best bet is the nearest grocery store (Safeway) 11 min(drive) away. Personnel wise, it is hit or miss, some employees are great, others are less experienced. Housekeeping staff is a big problem, we had a 3 bed/3.5 bath apartment, they cleaned only 1 bathroom and “forgot” to clean the rest!! Next day they didn’t empty all the trash cans in the apartment!! When we asked for linen change on used beds, the front desk person said we do that weekly once(sanitation/hygiene?) and we can do daily for a charge, then he checked with a superior perhaps and then said we will do it, no charges sorry – hence my comment less experienced/new staff). In a nutshell, property is 5 stars for infra/scenery, great for a retirement/secluded living if you get all your grocery in. But if you are looking for pampered, 24x7 room service, and on demand service which we are used to in 5-star hotels, you will be disappointed. They need more time and training for the staff to reach the level of service expected from a conventional 5 star resort. This is a beautiful place for a daytime visit, think like a park/beach, eat lunch or dinner and go back home after taking lot of pictures, night stay/longer, there are better options.

Everything was first class and top notch from arrival to departure. Our luggage was in our room and our car valeted before we finished checking in. Amazing! The entire staff was fantastic but a special shout out to Eli. He’s is a consummate professional and a wonderful young man. It was a PERFECT two week stay.

Timbers Kaua'i vacation blew away my expectations for a unique and top-self vacation experience. The staff was superlative each staff member we encountered treated us like we were the most important customers at the resort. The accommodations, food, pools, grounds, and activates were all fabulous.

Timbers Kauai is fantastic. Iconic views, superb rooms and facilities, friendly and efficient staff. Robin was very helpful with our itinerary. We enjoyed the Timbers activities, especially the Sleeping Giant hike and the farm tour. The ocean golf course is great. We will be back!

Our stay at Timbers Kauai truly surpassed our expectations! Everything from the views, to the service (particularly at the front desk and restaurant) were truly immaculate. The space was absolutely well-maintained, offering us the peace and quiet we desperately needed. The offered amenities were more than adequate, and I particularly enjoyed being able to walk the space every day at our leisure.

Super close to the airport so convenient. No beach access or even beach sounds. Closest beach is a 15 min walk but not a nice one. This is where the cruises lines come. Service is very spotty and impersonal beyond the front desk who are great. Getting towels, elan chairs, drinks at the pool is super spotty. For the price, which was steep, expectations are higher. Bartender asked for a drink to be returned ed so he can fix a poorly made cocktail. I mean, we didn’t touch it beyond the first sip but being a bar owner, that’s a huge no-no. You make a fresh cocktail. Always. Small thing. Didn’t work for us. But A for effort.

Loved this resort! The views are breathtaking! The interiors were beautifully designed and furnished!! Gorgeous!

Timbers Kaua'i was an absolutely fantastic resort. By far the best facility I have seen on Kaua'i. It is such a wonderful property and the staff is unbeatable. I cannot wait to return.

As a regular, this is my second home! Always look forward to my stay. It's well located and the weather is great even if it rains..

Our family had a perfect stay on Kauai. The Timbers made that possible! From the moment we arrived we felt the Aloha Spirit. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They all seemed to love working there and I can see why- it is a paradise!
