Hotel Villa Sorriso

We spent 4 nights with a child on wheelchair. Everything was suitable for him. The personal was specialy kind. Food is splendid. You can feel,that somebody really cares. We will come back, I am sure in that. Regards

The hotel was in a good location the staff were fantastic very helpful the view from the room was fantastic hotel being refurbished at the time our room wasn’t finished

We've booked one week in the Villa Sorriso. This is such a beautiful Hotel that we decided after the first 24 hours to extend our holidays and now we stay two weeks in a Superior Room with a balcony. The Room is new renovated exactly as it was shown and described on the Homepage. The whole staff is very heartful and every wish is fulfilled. The Restaurant Terrazza Sorriso has a beautiful sight and the beach is just two steps away. The food is excellent that's why we booked full board. The owner Matteo and Deborah are a very nice couple. The way they act gives you the feeling of beeing at home. We are enjoying our holidays very much!!Grazie mille a tutta la squadra!

Tourist trap alert ! This hotels promises gold and gives you the worst, so you have to pay for extras. We booke a Suite Deluxe with front sea view, and got a room above the parking with view into a wall. Booked 4 sunbeds, got 2 Rentalcar was damaged by the staff in the hotel-parking. They blamed us. Etc etc etc. The hotel is ran by a man called Matteo, that is bulliyng his staff in such a bad way that they look like beaten dogs around him and act very afraid. Authorities should probably have a look at the way this establishment is ran - that is how bad it was. Take a look at the pictures enclosed of what you get when you book Suite Delux Front Seaview…

Nettes kleines Hotel super Frühstück direkt am Meer, bevor den Osterferien, wir haben es sehr genossen. Hallenbad sehr angenehmes warmes Wasser. Hotel voll gebucht da kickboxweltmeisterschaft in Jedolo. Sehr tierliebes Hotel. Kommen gerne wieder

Non abbiamo soggiornato all’hotel ma abbiamo passato 3 ore (pagando 35€ a testa) nella “spa”. I servizi descritti sul sito non rispecchiano la realtà. L’idromassaggio non funzionava, la piscina piena di bambini chiassosi e nessun addetto che facesse rispettare un minimo di regola… ma soprattutto non c’era un bagnino (che penso sia obbligatorio se si ha una piscina). Nel kit fornitoci all’ingresso mancavano le ciabatte(per fortuna ce le siamo portate!) e lo spogliatoio è piccolo e cieco quindi c’era più umidità che nel bagno turco… per rilassarti devi stare solo nell’area sauna e bagno turco…non vale 35€.

Siamo venuti a sapere di questo hotel tramite amici e dunque l'abbiamo provato. Hotel Villa Sorriso si trova in una posizione ottimale: la mattina ti svegli e ti ritrovi il mare, stupendo!; A pochi centinaia di metri puoi passeggiare tranquillamente sulla strada principale (via Andrea Bafile) Lo staff addetto alle pulizie ottimo! Soprattutto una signora con i capelli corti e gli occhiali, credo che si chiami Benita. Una persona così gentile e brava nel suo mestiere. La stanza che avevamo era una suite. La stanza era molto pulita e arredata per bene. Letto comodissimo, con un materasso molto alto! Il bagno piccolo, ma funzionale. La piscina spettacolare! Ha l'idromassaggio per chi volesse rilassarsi con l'aggiunta di una cascata. Al nostro arrivo la ragazza alla reception ci ha accolti e subito ci ha dato un regalino per il nostro cane, Nuvola: una ciotolina e dei sacchetti per la pupu:) Lo staff della ristorazione ottimo!! Sopratutto il Maitrè e la cameriera con i capelli biondi. Cibo di ottima qualità!! La colazione abbondante e molto gustosa! La spiaggia molto pulita e avevi in dotazione due lettini e un ombrellone. In dotazione c'era anche un posto auto abbastanza grande. Samantha, la proprietaria, gentilissima e si vede che ci tiene molto al suo hotel. Alla partenza è stata così carina che ci ha abbracciati:) L'unica pecca di questo hotel è l'insonorizazzione. Che dire... ottima esperienza!
