Best Western Lexington Inn

The hotel had been updated however the walls are thin, the paint was peeling off the ceiling in the Bathroom, one bed had a HUGE stain on the sheets, and the breakfast was not good....other than the cereal. The staff was very nice

Unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean. There was stains on the comforter and the floor didn’t looked washed. There was holes in the ceiling and tape hanging off the wall. On a positive note, staff was friendly and breakfast was great!

We were given a room on the first floor, when we entered the room there was a sour smell and the smoke detector was chirping non stop. The bathroom had ants all over it. We informed the front desk of the problem with the smoke detector and the ants and they gave us another room that was slightly better, not as many ants no chirping.

Arrive in the early morning hours, 1:30 am. The check in was quick and simple. The employee was cheer and welcoming.

Hello! I stayed at this hotel February 2nd to the 4th this is like my favorite hotel to stay at i love the environment but unfortunately next month I’ll have to stay elsewhere the room I had which was 320 the sink in the bathroom wasn’t clean it was like pink residue that I guess one of the cleaner missed and also the price had sky rocket so now I have to find another location sadly .

This place had good reviews but my experience was awful. Let me preface my review by saying we travel - a lot. I don’t expect perfection however, When I arrived (in February 30 degree temps) the heat was completely off in my room and it was freezing! The heater was definitely old. It took until the wee hours before it warmed up my room. And the fan on it was so loud I could hardly sleep. The bathroom linens were dingy. The “accessible “ shower was positioned so far over that you were practically in the corner to get under the water. The plug on the hairdryer fell apart then I unplugged it. Then the fire alarm went off at 6:20 am. When I asked the clerk upon checkout what happened, she said “yeah”. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable. I was very disappointed.

I love this hotel! Great location, clean, great beds. I will book again.

I stayed at the Best Western this past weekend and every time I stay it’s always something with the ceilings they need to be upgraded bad

Very disappointing. Upon arriving into the lobby your are stuck with a strong smell of an air freshener covering up a smell of something. Should of stopped there but proceeded to room that was absolutely filthy. Friends we traveled with room smelt of mold. Toilet was actually sideways. Our room there was no hot water or water pressure. Cob webs and bugs. Water stains on the ceiling, mold in shower a long with hair. Never again.
