Convenient location & nice decor

Lovely modern hotel. Clean and best of all pet friendly. Close to the center of down town Lexington and close to the airport and horse park. Our room had a great view of an historic horse barn. If you love horses it would definitely be a treat to see that view. There was no shampoo in the rooms and one member of staff was openly rude about a customer they were dealing with on the phone. Unprofessional from this particular staff member, but all other members of staff were polite and profession in manner. Over all, a lovely stay, and would be happy to stay again.

The manager is more focused on getting that quick buck, than any customer service or understanding a customers predicament.. I would find a better place next time who values the customer, not the money

new hotel a great location off i75. wonderful breakfast with hot items. indoor pool looks nice. huge shower. easy parking. very clean.

Excellent hotel all around. Easily the best in the area. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but it looked great. Breakfast had a great variety too. Rooms were spacious, updated, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The bedding looked dirty and had hair, the remote control was missing a battery, only had 2 towels, no tissues and half a roll of toilet paper. The shower looked dirty as well. The size of the bedroom and setting was nice and the free breakfast.

What a beautiful hotel! Everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was simply fantastic. Beautiful indoor pool, great breakfast options, and kind staff. Would definitely stay again!

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Convenient location. Not a fan of the glowing light switch in room though. Disrupted sleep a bit.

We stayed at Ashville first night Lexungton next. Pro and con on both. Liked coffee better at Lexungton. The breakfeast was a little better at Ashville. I would stay again

I only write reviews if I’m impressed or not impressed and I was quite impressed with our stay! Friendly staff, room smelled clean as soon as we walked in, the shower was great, and a lot of options for the complimentary breakfast! Everything was updated which included hard wood floors. Would recommend staying here! Great stay for an affordable price.

This is the best place we have stayed recently. The room is comfy. I love the shades in a track which keeps all of the light out. The room is big. The desk is big and by the window—great work space. The large, walk in shower worked perfectly. We haven’t eaten yet, but the breakfast bar looks wonderful. I look forward to seeing more of this chain around the country. My new “favorite go to” place!
