Hello We got an awesome room or say , It was a Suite with super pretty view. Breakfast was awesome. One thing I did not like . There was no thermostat or temperature control on the room. We had a duplex room and in the Top , It was very hot. The problem was that we couldn't control it

Great location, comfortable bedding, good service. Only gripes are the carpet floor and the lack of a microwave.

The room is clean and tidy. There is a laundry opposite the hotel. It is not far from the city center. The price is cheap. It is recommended to stay. It is very convenient to walk around the city center for sightseeing. The parking fee is too expensive.

Great location, very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and with a large selection. Room very large but a bit dated. (Carpet should be replaced)

The balcony was really pretty, and it was really nice to be able to stay with the picturesque mountains in the background. The highlight of this accommodation is the sauna. It was really hot, and they gave us plenty of towels, so we had a great time. They gave us a guest card, and we got into the snow park for free, so we rented a sled for 6 francs and had a great time. And we could also get a 10% discount on the rocker backer. These are such fun memories of the Seolsan Hotel. I'll cherish them for the rest of my life.

It was excellent! I have very good memories. Spacious single room. Very close to the center. The welcome drink. Discount for hotel guests in their restaurant. The plancha on silver ingot amused me.

I booked three rooms during the ski season in Switzerland, and invited my mother-in-law, two sisters-in-law and our family of three to go to Leukerbad to soak in the hot springs and ski! But the service of this hotel is so terrible that I have never encountered such terrible service so far! First of all, the front desk arranged all three rooms incorrectly. The most terrible thing is that there is a pair of worn men's socks hanging on the baby's crib! It's so disgusting! Then I asked in a nice voice if your manager is here! The answer from the front desk is that you want to complain! Go ahead and complain! I'm not afraid of anyone! This kind of words is simply unforgivable! This hotel is really not suitable for Chinese compatriots! I think you will not be satisfied and will be angry! This hotel was originally rated four stars, but one star was cancelled! Their service has proved that it is correct and wise to cancel one star! If you don't believe it, you can go and stay there! Wish you good luck!
