"Needed to request housekeeping was told that half not everyday. We requested garbage removal and clean towels on day 3. Room was freezing cold when we checked in. The heat was turned totally off. Due to the age of the building it took until the next morning for room to be at comfortable room temperature. I actually bought a blanket at Walmart my first night"
