After checking the system several times, they told us that it was a mistake, but they told us that we had to pay for the parking, when we had parked our car on the street. After waiting a few minutes, they told us that it was another mistake. Too many mistakes for a 4-star hotel that made us waste time checking out, when everything had been paid for a week before."
