"Excellent stay in the heart of León We spent one night in this 4-star hotel, ideally located in the heart of León, close to the tourist attractions. The building is beautiful and modern, with 8 floors. Fast and efficient check-in, very friendly and professional staff. Our room, located on the 7th floor, was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable bedding. It offered a superb view of the city and had a small balcony with a table and chairs. Appreciated amenities: flat-screen TV and mini-fridge with two small bottles of water offered upon arrival. We did not try the restaurant, breakfast, or parking. Small area for improvement: the TV was not connected (no Netflix allowed) and no coffee/tea facilities were available in the room. In summary: excellent value for money for a short stay in León. We highly recommend it!"

"I stayed there four years ago and loved it. That's why I returned this time during the Camino. However, this time the experience was terrible. Since it's also a hostel, they clean everything up. There were at least five people who seemed to live there. Besides the awful smell, they don't respect quiet hours, keep the common areas dirty, and eat in bed. The owner was very helpful and tries hard to keep the hostel clean, but as soon as he leaves, it's a disaster. My daughter and I left with flea bites and without having slept a wink all night. If you're a pilgrim, staying at this hostel is definitely not recommended."

"Its just from 10 to 15min walking distance to downtown which is very convenient. You are near but at the same time you can avoid the crowd. From outside the hotel looks old but the rooms are like brand new, I guess they just refurbished the rooms. Rooms are big, clean and tidy. it has a good value for price as well."

"Modern hotel, very clean and no noise at all. Very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. For breakfast, you have the option of a buffet or a la carte from the cafe. We chose the buffet, and it was definitely worth the price. (One thing they could improve for breakfast is to offer OAT milk, for those of us who can't drink regular milk or other plant-based alternatives.)"
