"This hotel has a lot of potential, but it's not living up to it. They spend a lot of money on the facade, but ignore the details. The front of house and grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nice. From there it goes downhill. As you get deeper into the complex, you see it is in need of serious repair. Obvious by the broken chairs in the pool bar, the decaying Children's Park, and the 1987 "Fitness Center". My room was generally clean, but needed some attention. The balcony door lock was broken. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixture. Most annoying was the termite infested bathroom door that wouldn't open or close. The staff were mostly nice, but the young girl at the front desk really needs some customer service training. She could start by making eye contact when speaking to guests and trying to at least pretend they exist. Breakfast was enjoyable with a large variety. It was "okay," but I will stay somewhere else on my next visit."

"We had a great 5-night stay, the owners were very friendly, they relaxed the breakfast time to meet us and made everything to make us comfortable. The location is very quiet and pleasant, but it is better to be in car. Breakfast is excellent, a spectacular, with domestic and regional products. We will come back!!"

"This is probably one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in & we have been to a lot! However, there is a but….. The good: As soon as you walk into the reception and wonder around the hotel, you suddenly feel at ease. Every small detail of the hotel has been well thought through. We had a river view room with a small balcony looking over the river and pool. The room was large, comfortable and really nicely decorated. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. Dotted around the hotel are lots of small areas with table and chairs where you could sit and chill out. The pool area and gardens are beautiful and well kept. There also a gym and sauna. Breakfasts are awesome, with so much high quality food to choose from. The young staff team were great, so helpful and cheerful doing what they could to help, even with the language barrier. The but…..on our last day we decided to spend the day chilling around the hotel, or tried to anyway. The were maintenance guys changing door lock banging around all day, so we thought we would move to the pool area, where the guys building a new building were also banging around all day. So there was no where to escape, which was really disappointing. A note from the hotel informing us of the work may have helped us plan to be elsewhere! Having said that, we loved the hotel."

"The hotel is located on the hill in the entrance of the city. It has a private parking. The room is simple but has a good structure. It has a small but pleasant balcony. It has WiFi available. Breakfast is very good and varied. We have been able to host our hotels in the light of the comforts of the hotel. "
