Everyone in the hotel and ****** from Mike at the front desk to the waiter in the Beerhouse to the young man who was our dealer on the blackjack table - EVERYONE was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to us. My husband needed a wheelchair and Mike at the front desk along with the security guard in the ****** was so accommodating. Mike at the front desk helped me secure the wheelchair, ensured my request for a room near the elevator was made available to us snd had fresh towels sent to the room when I called the front desk. He exemplified the professionalism and warmth that was extended to us by everyone we came in contact with at the hotel and ****** during our 3-day stay. We will definitely return and have begun telling everyone about this jewel of a destination.

Room was nice and well taken care. Only issue I had was I could hear another room through the vents, it was a group of girls celebrating a birthday party at 2 am and they weren’t quiet .

The ****** smoke smell was strong. The door leading to our hallway was quite dirty. The customer service was wonderful. There were plenty of options for food and drink.

Property/parking was fine. Came to see a concert and then did an overnight stay with other friends. There were many positives.
Here’s the negatives- the hairdryer in our room was outdated, smelled funky whilst blowing the air and the air diffuser kept falling off, making it useless. For a pricey room, I’d expect a better hair dryer. Minor inconvenience.
2- concert area- definitely needs stadium style seating. Felt like we were at a business conference and the decor lent to that “feel”, big time. People all around us were lost trying to find their seats which made it hard to see the band with the crowds of people. And… it was just hard to tell where seats were in general.
3rd negative- check out is 11. So we slept in and then got packed up and ready with the intention of having late breakfast/early lunch when we checked out… at 11. The only place open said we could get coffee or a pastry, but not a meal and we could wait until noon and order take-out, but couldn’t dine in. That was a huge bummer and one of the reasons we enjoy staying at self-contained hotels. We left and had to drive around a not so pretty city to find dining.
And lastly- walking towards the restaurant areas, the closer you got to the ******, the heavier the smoke smell. It was awful and we turned around and left. More exhaust fans are definitely needed.

The room and hotel itself were clean and comfortable. I really liked the shower. I did not like then smell of smoke coming from the ****** when we tried to eat. Only one of the restaurants was open and it was short staffed. The bartender did his best but was overwhelmed. The food was horrible and tasted like it had come from the freezer.

Check in was quick and friendly .
The room needs some work and the patio needs cleaned very bad . Sheets had a questionable stain . Lots of dings in the wall.I pulled out the computer chair and there was chip crumbs all over it . Beds seem pretty worn in . The food and service at the beer house was really bad . Left a separate review for them. I will say the floor I was on was quiet and peaceful. I wanted to sit outside but it was just to dirty. It was not like bad . But had I not got a good deal I would be pretty mad .

Staff was GREAT! Everyone was very polite and the only issue with cleanliness we had upon check in, we notified them and they took care of it immediately (literally less than 5 minutes). Also, the restaurant by the ****** floor serves a fire breakfast menu. We will definitely be back.
