"The hotel is in a good location, just next to SM, walk for a few minutes, go to other shopping malls, there are other shopping malls in the Pacific Ocean, and they are very close. It's a walk away. The tutu is 80 pesos, and the security guard at the door calls 150 pesos. The general environment of the hotel is just for the transition. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. You can make an appointment in advance and it will be 10 minutes away. Several pharmacies nearby are very convenient to buy masks and disinfectants. There are few Chinese here and no one grabs them. There are many meals in SM, so it is easy to eat there on foot. Breakfast in the hotel, one day buffet, one day set meals, nothing to eat, very simple. On the whole, the service is good, there are many younger brothers, they are all mature, and they feel safe."

"this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station."

"This place is just 7 min walk from the Legazpi Grand Terminal (buses to and from other provinces/regions). It's right next to Pacific Mall for groceries, pharmacy, Watsons, etc. It's also walking distance to Ayala. It alsi has a great view of Mayon. Tess and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was raining so Tess lent us an umbrella."

"Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service."

"I don't know if it's the off-season, but I feel the service is not very good. The normal check-in time is 14:00, but I checked in early because of my flight. Although the hotel let us check in, they didn't tell us that there would be an extra charge until we checked out. They charged an extra 600 pesos. And the room was not cleaned every day."

"We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me."

"The location was so good. If you walk a little, there are banks and park cathedrals, so it's okay to go and see them and it's safe. The staff are so kind and listen to your requests.
