1.Ac filter should clean because of dust its working slow and consuming more power which is affecting your electricity bill.
2.Bathroom shower need repairing for room no 205 and you need to keep one bucket in the bathroom and some toiletries.
3.Rooms need pest control because there is more ants and other insects come to attack your food if you will keep the food in the table.
4.There is wifi but not working in the room 205 so need network extenders or better wifi connections."

NNatalia_ekbДружелюбный персонал, заселили в 10 утра. Номер большой и чистый, из окошка видно вулкан. На завтрак силонг и кофе. Хорошее расположение - автовокзал в 10 минутах ходьбы.
Из минусов - вайфай пропадает, нет горячей воды, дверь в номер открывается с трудом.

HHaycee Jay NearWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
