Ulasan Rio Hotel and Casino

It was good staying at Rio hotel and resort. However, i believe staff really need to give respect to guests and not be rude with queries specially international traveler New to Country and city.

Rooms are average, and the hotel needs major renovation. We stay for 3 nights, rooms are spacious, clean. Staff is provided nice service, but rooms furniture are worn-out.

Good place, safe and convenient 👍👍👍very recommend people to stay here and wish all of you have fun

I am enjoy it more and more - not on strip but definitely close enough.  The 15 min walk to the strip is fresh and brisk.

No one came to clean the room if I didn't tell them after booking for five days. The room was very old and smelled bad. There was basically no service. There were few people playing in the casino downstairs.

This is so durty hotel 3 days dont have room service. During night all days smelling in *******

Good experience and honest price, with parking space included;) really big room, however, different than I saw in the photos. The building is old and needs to be renovated as it's a little bit too old/destroyed. Unfortunately, the hot water is not available 24/7 so if you want to take a hot shower in the morning, you can forget about it. Downstairs not so many options open as per closure/renovation.

Room was huge and I loved the huge counter space and additional sink outside the bathroom! One of the only hotels that still has free parking !

Inside casino, large room but relatively old facility. Good location able to park cars.Front desk desk people nice.

Too expensive during the CES, and the resort fee

Not close to centre, not convenient for outgoing, no bath towel in the room and call housekeeping, front desk, services phone but no answer at all. The isolation is not good, can heard the sound from the up floor room. Won’t stay again.

Nice hotel, especially since some of it has been renovated recently. Our room (2 queen beds deluxe) was one of the newly renovated rooms which was very nice. Could've used a slightly deeper clean, but for a hotel it was pretty nice. For service, it's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the front desk or in the hotel. Luckily you can check in and check out on the tablets next to the check in desk so you don't even have to talk to anyone, but the ability to have human contact is pretty important for me, whether I need to use it or not. The pool was recently reopened before our stay and was very nice. The pool hours were pretty short, 10-4, for a beautiful weekend in March when it's 80 degrees outside. For such a nice pool I feel like the hours should be much longer when it's nice and light out until 8pm or so.

Great place to stay! Great destination just off the strip, easy walk to ceasars palace!
