Ulasan MGM Grand Hotel and Casino

Rasanya seperti hotel murah. Saat pertama kali kami masuk kamar, ada noda di sprei dan toilet juga tidak bersih dengan helaian rambut menempel di dinding. Tidak ada air, sandal kamar, atau sikat gigi yang disediakan. Saat kami minta segelas air panas untuk minum obat, mereka juga tidak menyediakan. Layanan di konter sangat buruk karena mereka bahkan tidak dapat membantu mencetak salinan paspor untuk kami! Saya tidak mengharapkan layanan seperti ini dari hotel terkemuka. Grace yang menyelamatkan adalah SATU staf counter. Dia seorang MVP! Namanya Yessmi (tidak yakin apakah namanya benar) Dia mengenakan kaos biru, berdiri di sisi kanan saat menghadap resepsionis ketika kami check in pada tanggal 16 Mei. Dia sangat membantu dan mengganti kamar yang lebih bersih untuk kami dan membantu kami mencetak salinan paspor kami.

Ruang MGM sangat mendasar dan mereka mengenakan biaya untuk semuanya. Tidak ada pembuat kopi di kamar, tidak ada jubah, bahkan perlengkapan kecil di kamar mandi dengan QTips. Jangan sentuh mini-bar atau Anda akan dikenakan biaya untuk item apa pun yang dipindahkan. Jika Anda ingin menikmati hari di kolam renang bersiaplah untuk membayar $25 atau $35 untuk ban dalam yang mengapung di sekitar sungai malas. Pilihan makanannya enak dan kami makan sebagian besar makanan kami di hotel. Saya hanya kecewa karena tidak ada fasilitas di harga kamar dan rasanya seperti harga mencungkil di setiap kesempatan. Saya tahu hal itu berlaku umum di Vegas, tapi setidaknya beri saya QTip.

Sejak awal, ini adalah pengalaman yang luar biasa. Kami dapat check in melalui MGM Ap yang membuatnya nyaman dan menghemat waktu mengantre. Suasana kasino yang hebat dan mudah untuk mencapai kamar kami. Makan di Ambra Italian Restaurant dan itu luar biasa! MGM berlokasi di pusat kota dan sangat bagus untuk perayaan Tahun Baru dan pertandingan Raider! Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan menginap di sini kepada siapa pun.

I stayed at MGM with long check-in and check-out queues. The place felt a bit dated, but the spacious bathroom was a highlight. Staff were friendly but overwhelmed. If you can handle the wait, it has its charm, but I hope they improve efficiency.

Very poor hotel Expensive and rooms are shabby. I booked a studio room initially and was told to upgrade as they had rooms that had been ‘recently ‘ renovated. I guess recently they just mean this century as they were worn and dirty. Bath leaked too Phone in the room didn’t work and there was no cups or glasses for water. Just a $22 bottle Check in takes a long time and the queue for bag check is ridiculous Won’t stay here again

The room is gloomy as limited lamps and the bathroom ceiling is damp n cracked. The plus is the bedsheets are soft.

Neat. Liked the interior design. Seems like they renew their rooms. Kinda surprised about the looooooong hallway I had to pass.. But.. Rather than that, I liked it overall.

The hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you

Stayed overnight before leaving for a photo shoot. Spent too many && on a cold, lousy hamburger. Charged a $50 resort fee for a few hours in a mediocre, not so clean, room with no activities. Worst of all, there was extremely loud construction going on on the floor above me, directly over my room, starting at about 5 am!  Basically, poor room, worse food, little sleep, too expensive.

Super clean and beautiful! We had an awesome time at MGM. Their fees were very straightforward and we weren’t hit with any nasty surprises. The rooms were clean and soundproofing was great. Bathroom was lovely and the bed was cozy! Casino on the first floor, and target just a 5 minute walk away for grocery needs (we saved a lot of money getting groceries as opposed to always needing to eat out). We’d definitely stay again!

I was travelling for work. The Internet connectivity in my room was absolutely rubbish. Less than one megabit per second uploading and about three for downloading. As I had large files to upload each night as part of my work, it was really important that I was able to upload quite a bit overnight. Other parts of the hotel and even different areas on the same floor had much better Wi-Fi speeds than in my room. I called the front desk and they said that they would send someone to look at it, I’m not sure if they did or not, they never showed up. Regardless there was no improvement and I did reset the Wi-Fi router. There’s no business centre and I ended up spending about three hours at the FedEx office near reception for better connectivity. But as I use my computer to upload large video files overnight, there’s no way I could’ve stayed down there until the morning. Given that this is the Usa, I would expect decent connectivity at most hotels, especially in Las Vegas. Not having connectivity really created big problems for me and I was not able to relax because I was constantly trying to solve the issue.

Convenient location for exhibition or conference as the monorail starts at this hotel. Good food options nearby but restaurants at the hotels are very pricey. Be careful not to use fridge in the room or drink water bottle as the hotel would charge a ridiculous amount for this
