移動日なので素泊まりです。 値段相当か、それよりも少し納得いかないと 思う方が多いと思います。 部屋のドアが開きづらくスタッフさんを呼んで 親切な受付の方がようやく開けて下さり 2人で予約しましたがタオルが1枚しか無かったり。。 予備はこちらで持っていたので 確認不足なだけかなと。分かりませんが。 部屋を出たらラスベガスの夜景が 間近で見れたのが救いでした。笑 眠らない街で全部が笑える街(良い意味で)だと思うので 設備が整ってなくても最低限は良かったです。 話が逸れましたが、宿泊させて頂きありがとうございました。 喫煙者は入口付近にベンチがあるのでそこで吸ってました。

Worst experience room was beyond dirty, dirty sheets, crumbs under the blankets, blood in the sink, hair in the bathtub. They did absolutely nothing but to fix the problem both trip.com and the hotel. Staff was beyond rude was told if I didn’t like the room to leave. Instead of replacing my room for a clean one or putting me up in another hotel was just given a run around for my whole trip me and my wife had no choice but to sleep in the dirty room. Do not book this hotel you will deeply regret it

服務態度極差，絕對不會再住，房間裏有蟲子，還漏雨。晚退房幾分鐘，加收100美金晚退房費。絕對是窮瘋了

while we were lining up to check into the hotel, some angry customers stormed out of the reception saying that there were roach-infested rooms, which the hotel offered a $10 discount for staying in those rooms without any other compensation. our wait was approximately 45 minutes, probably because there were only 2 receptionists. the room was okay, but there was a pungent cigarette smell. we tried spraying body mist/perfume to cover it, but every time when we went back to our room the smell was there. the room we were offered had no hangers, a cranky door, and burnt out bathroom lights. we had someone come and fix the bathroom lights the next morning. on our second night, one of our room keys stopped working and on the third, both. it was just annoying because opening the door was already a nuisance but we had to go to the reception to fix our keys. breakfast wasn’t offered during our stay but the pool was open. overall would rate it meh, and wouldn’t have stayed here if other hotel rates weren’t so expensive over the weekend. stayed at the STRAT prior to this for a similar price.

I wasn’t satisfied with the service I booked a room and couldn’t check in because I didn’t have a deposit I wasn’t previously notified to pay

룸 청소도 안해주고 심지어 욕실 배수관이 막혀서 씻는데 애 먹음 가격대비 위치는 좋으나 그외 서비스는 너무 비싸다고 느껴질 정도로 엉망이었음 다시는 가고 싶지 않음

Seriously Wyndham? This has to be their illegitimate child. Run down, old and dirty everything. Samantha at the front desk is extremely caustic, rude & disrespectful. We couldn’t cancel because the Grammys were going on and everything went up 5 times in price. Checking in was absolutely hell having to stand in line for over 30 minutes outside of the office. Will NEVER even consider staying there again.
