Very clean room but extremely hard mattress and not a lot of amenities, such as no coffee or water bottles in room. We won't stay there again.

Room was real clean, and they cleaned daily. The only issue I had was the water coming out of the bath lav. It taste like water that has been sitting in steel pipe/ boiler water. I had to rinse with bottled water

Hotel was fine but trip customer service not good set me the wrong booking reference number when calling hotel they did not recognize it Trip never called me back like they said they would, Will not use trip anymore

Wow, this place is bad. I wondered just how far off the ***** I should stay, I found out. Thought it would be similar to Palace Station, nope. Marginal customer service, but the cleanliness gets negative marks. Hotel room bathroom was filthy and what I believe were chocolate cheerios were on the perimeter of the bed. Do not recommend.

This property was close to everything we needed to visit. Brass Fork is our new favorite Breakfast place! Good food, service, and friendly people.

Good place for a night! Stayed on our final night of Arizona/Nevada vacation...near the airport too but still with Vegas-style features.

At first I was very disappointed as a staff on the phone right before I booked assured me the pool was open and the hot tub worked. Well, because of the rain storms over the last several days, pool wasn’t open and there actually was not a hot tub. As upset as I was, I was helped out by a very friendly manager named Megan who went above and beyond by hooking us up two more floors up to a Suite. The Suite was nice, but the jacuzzi only worked some of the time. They were very accommodating staff though and treated us friendly. Bedding was comfortable. Only other complaint I had was one of the sinks only poured out extremely warm or hot water. Overall though, it was a good stay because of the great customer service.

Nice and out of the traffic of downtown and the *****. Great Railhead restaurant and food court.

The people next door was partying till 4 in the morning got no sleeping and no one came to warn them. I did not enjoy my stay

We like to stay here. We have some luck ********. The restaurant has good prices and great food. And I like their bingo!
