Excellent room! New, clean, wonderful view, loved the shower, bright, coffee bar, water, and comfy beds. A+ for the room. Service was also excellent! Everyone from check-in desk, waitress at pool, and baggage was very helpful and welcoming. Would not recommend Crossroads restaurant. Bad service and the food was so salty. The Alle Lounge on 66 was great. The main pool was a bit cramped, private pool was small and also cramped, infinity pool there is no where to sit unless you pay for it and would have but it was already 4:30. Overall fantastic hotel and would stay there again!

A little far from the middle of the ***** but I didn’t mind since I never been to this end. Everything else exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious, quiet, modern, and very beautiful. There’s no ****** under the Crockford so it was perfect for relaxing. Rest of the resort world was also fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel.

We ended up getting our room at 7 pm, after they called us at 5 that the room was finally ready they gave it away to someone else in the meantime. The service it self was very unprofessional and not friendly at all. I stayed here 3 weeks last year and liked it but this time was a horrible experience. The hotel itself is very nice but also housekeeping and cleaning is super unprofessional and I know 3 stars hotels they do it way better. Location is at the end of the *****, there are definitely better places out there.

非常糟糕，丟了東西讓酒店找，踢皮球來回踢部門，不打電話完全沒消息。每天45usd resort fee check out才説， Wi-Fi糟糕，房間電話無法找到前台。體驗極差

5星的大堂，獨立空間，其他就那樣吧，普普通通沒啥出彩的，感覺跟隔壁conrad也差不了多少。

位置方便，環境衞生都很好

沒有電話可以聯繫前台，不提供房間清潔服務，停車麻煩

This property has it all. Beautiful rooms with turn down services for the night. ******** at its best. Friendly environment from check in to picking up vehicle at valet. I recommend this hotel to any visitors and locals having a staycation for 1 or 2 days

Clean, Updated & mordern, much newer and less congested compared to others. will definitely go again

We had a great stay at Crockfords. The service of the hotel was very good and the room was new and very clean

The Hilton is definitely nice and The Conrad is a big step up from that, but The Crockfords steps it up to another level from the private, elegant, and quiet lobby to the beautiful decor, lighting, and amenities. The ***** view suite with the high ceilings is definitely one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in and would HIGHLY recommend it!

I will arrived a little after 5 PM in my room was not ready so I was given $100 in food and beverage credit. I received a text message at 7:30 telling me my room was ready but it was not. My room was ready at midnight, and when I finally got in the room after waiting 45 minutes of the counter, they did not have the king superior room I paid for and put me in a double bedroom that looks like it had just been set up for occupancy today. Not a superior room not even the lowest level room at the Conrad. Super disappointing. Nothing was done for me except I was given a free meal and that still doesn’t make up the amount of money I paid for the room and had a terrible experience overall .

Our only bad experience was our server at Wally's for breakfast Saturday morning. Otherwise, another wonderful experience.
