半夜三點有人持續20分鐘開門進來、沒嚇死！第二天找酒店確認事件相互推搡後讓保安回我電話回覆説沒有攝像頭無從可查！ 已是萬豪會員用了兩個小時回覆衹能晚退房一小時 查看賬單早餐多收費200美金 打掃馬虎了事，叫拿紙巾和毛巾衹答應不理會 這個酒店慎重！

入住每人就給了1張免費精釀啤酒券，1張雞尾酒免費券，1張免費甜點券，12：00—22：00間使用。如果不開車，MONORAIL輕軌還是很方便的。離**大道還是有距離的。

位置不便，附近沒什麼地方可逛，要有酒店會員戶口才可以免費使用上網服務，服務、環境和衛生也不錯，合乎性價比。

Close to the Convention Center. Decent hotel but, restaurant is under staffed, expensive, and lousy.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet and looked beautiful. The customer service was top-notch and a big reason I would want to return. Marcy at the Envy Restaurant was fantastic and the food was great, too. There were only a couple issues: I had asked for an additional comforter at check in and never received it. Housekeeping came and tidied up, but didn't clean: the bathroom floor was a mess. Also, lotion wasn't restocked, which is kind of a big deal because it's Las Vegas. Lastly, a light went out in the bathroom and it was either ignored or never turned on (I just assumed it would have been checked). Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

I had better customer services. I had to stay on hold for a long time and got hanged up twice. Rude responded twice as well.

Our three-day stay was very comfortable; our room very clean, and staff friendly and helpful. A view of the Sphere from my room was an added bonus! We added the optional breakfast, and it was wonderful! (our morning server, Marci, was a gem). The monorail station was steps away, making the ***** moments away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property itself is pretty close to the convention centre and well maintained. I too issue with the paid internet which I found entirely too expensive
