Do not stay here shocking hotel, rude staff, dirty and no one wants to help. Couldn’t even get a kettle or hot water to the room. Pick others!

Nice hotel in Las Condes within walking distance of many restaurants/shops. Upmarket, safe area. Modern, decent sized room. Small rooftop pool for a quick dip. Good restaurant downstairs. Great rates on the weekend. Highly recommended!

It is a smaller Hyatt Hotel. The lobby and overall facilities are smaller than the average Hyatt Hotel. The room is OK, clean and tidy, with good details. Slippers are provided in the room, which is rare in South America.

The location of the hotel is okay. It feels like it is in the business district. The surrounding area is clean and safe. The facilities are very complete and new, and the room smells good. The room is very clean, the decoration style of the lobby is very new, and there is a swimming pool but we did not go there. Service is ok. The price is reasonable. I will stay here again next time I go.

The hotel is located in the new district, which is very safe. The front desk service is also very good. The sanitary environment is good, and slippers are provided. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, but it is really nice to be able to see the snow-capped mountains from a distance in the hotel.

Everything is good. I just flew here from Sao Paulo, Brazil. The same level of hotels and rooms in Sao Paulo may cost two or three times the price.

關於這次酒店體驗的吐槽 不得不説,這次酒店入住經歷簡直如同渡劫一般。我預訂了兩晚的景觀特大床房,原本以為會是一次愜意的住宿,畢竟連鎖來説凱悦並不差而且房費接近2000一晚的理論上不可能差。卻沒想到遭遇瞭如此多的糟心事。 入住:房間未準備好 第一天下午五點左右,我抵達酒店辦理入住手續,卻被告知房間尚未準備好,需要等待。這讓我感到十分意外,畢竟下午五點按理説酒店房間應該早已整理妥當。 房間設施問題:窗户關不上,維修無果 我工作到11點回酒店,進入房間後,我準備關窗户,卻發現窗户怎麼也關不上。我向酒店工作人員反映情況,第一波人過來後,竟然質疑是我弄壞了窗户,讓我哭笑不得。我耐心解釋説,是螺絲卡住了,怎麼可能是因為我弄壞的呢?緊接着,又來了兩波人,告知我房間無法修復,讓我就這樣湊合著住。他們的態度極其惡劣,其中有一個還直接説你是不是要賠償,彷彿我是在故意訛詐他們賠償一樣。作為女性,我感受到了明顯的惡意,於是立即聯繫攜程客服處理。 攜程協調:態度良好,但無實質進展 攜程的客服人員態度倒是很好,但面對這種情況卻顯得無能為力。他們首先提出讓我取消酒店預訂,可當時已經半夜十二點,我一個女性,怎麼可能在這個時候去換酒店呢?我強烈要求他們跟進解決,可得到的回覆始終是酒店方面要當面解決。 房間更換:無奈接受殘疾人房間,安全問題頻出 最後,酒店通知我,酒店已經沒有其他房間可供安排,如果我要換房,衹能給我換一個殘疾人房間。當時已經凌晨,我迫於無奈衹能接受。然而,當我進入這個房間後,發現房間裏還有一個門可以從外面鎖住的,這讓我感到非常不安。為了避免與酒店再次起沖突,我衹能找同行的男性同事換了房間湊合一晚。 第二天換房:承諾落空,設施破舊不堪 第二天一早,我要求酒店再次換房。攜程專員不斷向我承諾,他們會跟進並安排同等或更高級別的房型,還會協調讓我和同行人員住在同一樓層。然而,事實證明這些不過是空頭承諾。我並沒有被安排到對應的樓層,而且當我到前台拿房卡時,前台工作人員的態度依舊不耐煩,一副愛住不住的模樣,還説沒有其他房間可以安排給我。 最終,我再次換到的房間,洗澡的花灑臟得令人難以忍受,洗澡過程中,排氣扇一打開,灰塵就像雪花一樣飄落下來,這足以證明這個房間很久都沒人住過了。更讓我無語的是,枕頭套和被套上竟然還有破洞。無奈之下,我衹能默默地換上自己攜帶的一次性床上用品。 總結 1. 攜程在當地確實無法有效協調,雖然他們努力跟進,但最終還是沒有解決問題,我衹能自己去協調。黑鑽會員除了能得到一些情緒上的支持外,其他方面毫無用處。 2. 酒店前台的服務態度令人不滿,對外賓似乎不太友好,對於講西班牙語的客人笑臉相迎,而對於講英語的客人則愛答不理。 3. 不過,酒店餐廳的服務態度還算不錯,感謝那位幫我送熱水的小哥,讓我在糟糕的住宿體驗中感受到了一絲温暖。
