Stayed here because it was near to my dive centre. Basic hotel with a comfortable bed and nice cold aircon. Stayed on the third floor with a balcony. No lift though. Also no water heater nor television. Staff were friendly and location was terrific. Loads of food and spas around. Easy to travel around with tons of buses jeepnies maxim motorcycle and taxis ready to pick you up. Perfect stay if you are a no hassle traveller.

Ayos, malawak ang room at malinis. Di lang kami makaconnect sa wifi(no IP allocation) but no probs malakas naman data doon. Friendly staffs

My bed sheets were super stained and gross. Location was great. Staff great . Cleanliness not good .

Reddoorz hotel, I had a bad experience in my whole life. I stayed on March 14 until May 7. My room is badly, air-conditioned is a lot of noise, bathroom in the ceiling, mold ,bugs, traffic noise even 3am loud car, motorcycle very loud. Friday, May 2, 2025, my 2 brothers and 1 youngest sister we went to Beach Hotel Lapulapu city for two nights. We are leaving in a room and noticed a woman sitting on the floor with other coworkers. I asked, "You don't mind cleaning up room, and she's responding to me, yes maam. Sunday, May 4,25 at 2pm. Then, Monday, May 5th, in the morning at the 11am. I grabbed my jewelry box, and I noticed missing my three bracelets and one of my opal pendants with diamonds. I went to the first floor to report the missing jewelry. Also, I went to the barangay station and then to the police station. Instead, I stayed until May 13th. I decided to leave early. They violated my rush. No, hot showers, bugs, molds, traffic very loud every day, They don't give a refund, people's not too friendly.

Overall ok. Can do better with cleanliness. Friendly staff and can do better with a sound proof room and more cctv inside the hotel for security

Accommodating naman yung staff duon mabait, ang problem lang is yung room mabaho amoy sigarilyo at nung time nayon is amoy daga.

Book this one because of the location and price. It is affordable but the hotel needs to improve their standards of cleaning. Entered the room and did the usual checks upon entering, one of the bedsheets were stained, towels smelt like cigarette smoke and bathrooms had cobwebs. The cabinet under the sink has molds. Also the AC can’t cool enough the entire room. They need to upgrade their AC to accommodate the entire room. No wifi on our entire stay. Family room is on the way back so don’t expect wifi connection to reach it. Yes it is affordable but I don’t recommend it to anyone who’s very particular with cleanliness.

Very nice room with balcony. It was cozy and clean. No elevator but it’s fine. Near the public beach. Staff were pleasant and assisted us nicely.
