The owner is super nice and friendly, he tell us where we can get food and how to walk to the mall. Room is clean.

The owner had to cancel my reservation because they do not receive guests after 8:00 pm. I thought this was highly unusual. I requested a late arrival, but it was denied.

Perfect place to stay if you have a flight from cebu airport. The room was clean, cosy and quiet. The host was so friendly and answered any questions we had (really useful to know about the local area and places to eat). The shared bathroom was clean and easily accessible, it would be great if there was a fridge in the room. Would stay here again!

Had a nice stay here because of the peaceful location. Just be mindful of their time rules. Gate closes at 10pm and opens at 7.30am. Cannot go in or out of the accommodation unless someone is left behind to open the gate for you.

A very nice place with excellent customer service. Close to the airport. Relaxing sitting area. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay there again.
