Kebersihan: Begitu masuk kamar ada bau asam. Setelah pindah ke lantai lain, lantai berikutnya di kamar yang sama masih berbau asam. Mohon dimaklumi bahwa memang demikian. Lingkungan: Dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah, ada supermarket 24 jam di lantai bawah. Jaraknya satu perhentian kereta bawah tanah dari tempat makan dan bermain, cukup berjalan kaki. Pelayanan: Ada yang baik dan ada yang buruk, yang baik sangat baik, dan yang buruk sangat buruk. Saya dikenakan biaya early check-in saat check out, saya diberitahu di CI bahwa tidak akan dikenakan biaya karena topan. Fasilitas: Sangat bagus. Saya tidak bisa berkata apa-apa tentang merek ini. Saya pernah tinggal di Fukuoka sebelumnya dan sangat terkesan. Harga Ctrip: tidak menentu. Harga dua hari sebelumnya lebih mahal 200 yuan dibandingkan harga satu hari sebelumnya. Hal ini jelas akan menimbulkan ketegangan dan menipu pelanggan agar melakukan pemesanan. Asuransi: Saya terburu-buru saat melakukan pemesanan karena ada kemungkinan pembatalan. Saya membeli asuransi pembatalan tanpa tanggung jawab seharga 30 yuan. Setelah saya membuat pesanan, saya membaca ketentuannya dengan cermat. Itu benar-benar penipuan. Itu sama sekali bukan pembatalan yang tidak masuk akal. Setidaknya saya tidak memilikinya saat membelinya. Perhatikan petunjuk ketentuan klaim. Pemesanan yang sangat tidak menyenangkan.

Hotel yang sangat baru, lokasi dan pelayanannya bagus. B1 menyediakan minuman, makanan ringan, dan es krim gratis yang disukai anak-anak. Saya terutama ingin memuji pria di meja depan bernama Yuan Jian, yang sangat antusias. Kami ingin pergi ke Hong Shao Rou untuk barbekyu, tetapi kami tidak bisa memesan meja di situs web. Kami tidak bisa berbahasa Jepang, jadi kami meminta Harami menelepon restoran untuk membuat reservasi, lalu kami keluar untuk bermain . Ketika kami kembali ke hotel pada malam hari, kami melihat surat yang ditinggalkan Harami untuk kami, mengatakan bahwa dia telah menelepon empat restoran Daging Babi Hong Shao di dekat hotel, tetapi tidak satupun dari mereka memiliki tempat duduk selama kami menginap.Surat itu juga mencantumkan alamatnya informasi dan reservasi terbaru dari empat restoran diperoleh. Setelah menontonnya, saya sangat terharu dan terkesan dengan sikap pelayanannya yang tulus, jadi saya meminta name tag-nya dan mengambil fotonya. Terima kasih Harami atas pelayanannya yang penuh perhatian. Saya akan menginap di sini lagi jika ada kesempatan ke Kyoto di lain waktu!

Lokasinya agak janggal. Anda harus berjalan kaki sekitar 5 menit setelah turun dari kereta bawah tanah di Stasiun Gojo, dan satu pemberhentian kereta bawah tanah dari Stasiun Gojo ke Stasiun Kyoto biayanya 210 yen. Seringkali saat bepergian, kami berjalan kaki ke Stasiun Kyoto , yang memakan waktu 15 menit. Pemandian air panasnya biasa saja, cuma kolam, agak pengap karena sirkulasi udaranya kurang. Tempat persediaan kecil di luar sumber air panas bagus, dengan beberapa minuman sederhana dan kopi, serta beberapa biskuit dan makanan lainnya. Walaupun hotel baru dibuka, perawatannya rata-rata dan kurang bersih, kamarnya besar dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Sikap beberapa pelayan tidak terlalu baik! Saya tidak tahu apa yang harus menjadi sombong!

We love the welcome drink so much. We enjoyed the hotspring, and the snacks were provided. Highly recommend !!!

Impressive decor and immaculate service from the staff. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back for a longer stay this time

The hotel is clean and welcoming. It is located within 10-20 minutes walking distance to areas like Kyoto Station and Gion. Breakfast was simple and hearty. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back at The Blossom Kyoto when we visit the city again.

Nice hotel with welcome drink/snack to choose from. Room is clean and large, able to open two large luggages comfortably with space to walk. Just one small downside: The room we booked faced the next building closely. Leaving the blind closed works

Gorgeous hotel with a convenient location close to the core of Kyoto. It's quiet yet easily accessible to the noisier/crowded parts ie. Sanjo station or department stores. It's comfortable enough for a couple with a huge bathroom and a separate toilet area. A delicious welcome drink & snack was offered upon arrival and they have a free snack bar downstairs where the onsen & laundry area is. The onsen was very clean with amenities provided and enough lockers/ cosmetics station(hair dryer & lotions/gels). I saw a lot of tourists from different countries staying here and everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. Saw some comments about the fire station/ noise but it didn't really bother me or my husband much so I found it quite minor as everything else worked out well with my itinerary and trip plans. Greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit again soon.

I recently stayed at blossom and was quite disappointed with the room assigned to me. While I understand that not every hotel room can offer a breathtaking view, I didn’t expect my window to face a dimly lit car park staircase. It completely defeated the purpose of having a window, making the room feel just as enclosed as a windowless space. The lack of natural light and uninspiring view made the atmosphere feel dull and depressing, which negatively impacted my overall stay. It would be helpful if the hotel were more transparent about room views during the booking process or provided better design solutions, such as frosted glass or improved lighting, to mitigate the issue.

Hotel is stone throw away from train station which was very convenient! Love the space and amenities in the room where we had a comfortable stay!

Location was very ideal, near the subway exit - however there are no elevators/ escalators. Hotel facilities were good, the basement lounge had a variety of snacks & drinks for guests. Onsen was good too. However the laundry machines were always packed - some guests leave their laundry in the washing machine for a long period of time after it is done. Hotel staff were polite & friendly!.

I can easily say that The Blossom is one of the best hotels in Kyoto. You certainly get more value for what you paid for. I got a twin superior room, it was adequate in size. The hotel has a lot of perks: ample space gym with technogym equipment, free lounge with snack bar and drinks (match coffee was so good), laundry machines, public bath, wide selection of breakfast, easy check in and check out.
