The staff were great and helped me resolve the noise issue I experienced in my room. They also provided complimentary laundry service and evening snacks.

Great hotel in a great location but had a phone call from the hotel 4 hours after I had checked out asking whether I had left the room. Understand they don’t have many foreign guests but the call was handled terribly.

Clean and modern. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Convenient to Xiguan metro stop and walkable to the Iron Bridge on the Yellow River.You enter through the parking lot and go to the 19th floor, which can be confusing the first time. Excellent breakfast. Lovely dining room. Laundry,gym, even a library. Highly recommend.

Had a room the view was too good. Overall the room is very clean and tidy, but lack of mini bar aminities. The layout is good and the space just nice not too big not too small. No international channels but i'm fine with it but the internet is wonderful, We enjoyed our stay. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. The AC did work properly. In fact, the temperature was friendly .The hotel is not on the main road, but is on a side street to the right. Can be seen from the sidewalk. There are lots of local restaurants, fruit stands and street food near the hotel. The staff are super friendly although not much English language skills. English/Chinese translation Apps were very helpful and a must.

Nice place and good location. Comfortable bed and decent air-conditioning. Staff spoke no English, of course, but check-in went about as smooth as it can in China.

The location is good. There is a subway station downstairs. The service is very friendly and very hygienic. The Zhongshan Bridge attraction is just a few steps away. There are many delicious food downstairs. Recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, just a few hundred meters away from the Yellow River Iron Bridge. There are all kinds of food around, just opposite the Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street. The Hu's buns are delicious, and the snack atmosphere in Dazhong Alley is particularly good. The hotel is clean and hygienic. Next time I’ll choose Atour’s chain

The service attitude is excellent. I contacted you one day in advance to inform them about the decoration downstairs. I also asked enthusiastically about the check-in time. My child fell asleep when I was supposed to check out at 14 o'clock.

The front desk service is very enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are very complete, the toilet, bathroom, washbasin are all separate, and there is also a cloakroom. It is a perfect stay experience.
