Ulasan Langfang New Sunrise Suite Holiday Inn & Suites

Just amazing! Wonderful hotel, very kind staffs, nice pool, so comfortable room. Plan to come back to have a relax time as soon as possible.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at "Holiday Inn Langfang", this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service "a lack of service", being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the "Suites" section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The "suite" has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an "International Brand", hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from "Allen", whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we got an upgrade for free in a wonderful suite! The room had all the amenities, bathtub included. The breakfast was varied and had a good quality

My family and I had an amazing stay at the hotel. From the warm greetings and helpfulness at reception until our last day. At first we were not sure that the hotel could provide our special request of a crib in the room, however the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Grace the manager assigned to us, was able to arrange a crib and bathtub as requested, and helped with things that really made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had a very good, clean and spacious room and were able to cool off at the pool. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff that gave us a very pleasant stay.

The suite is large and well-equipped. Except for some small items such as shower caps and razors, other large facilities are very complete. It is also close to the New Chaoyang Shopping Mall and the Red House Fantasy Theater. Overall, it is worth staying.

I passed by Langfang on the way back to Beijing and chose this hotel. The surrounding area is very convenient. There is a shopping mall next to it with rich food. There is also food downstairs in the hotel. The hotel room is spacious, especially the bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub. It is comfortable overall and worth choosing.

The breakfast is good and the room is clean. I often stay here on business trips. The front desk staff Xiao Liu, Xiao Yang, Xiao Wang and Xiao Li provide thoughtful service. The hotel's self-service hot pot is very clean and delicious.

I stayed in a super great hotel on this trip, and I must recommend it to everyone! As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, my eyes were bright. The warm-toned lights and exquisite ornaments created a full atmosphere. The front desk staff Jingjing, Xiaoming, and Xinyue were enthusiastic and professional. They quickly helped me check in and recommended fun places around. The room was even more amazing, with spacious space and soft and comfortable bedding. It felt like being wrapped in clouds when I lay down, and I slept so well! The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the quality of toiletries was also very good. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the freshly made wontons are super satisfying. The gym is fully equipped, and you can exercise in your spare time. The location is also great, with convenient transportation around, close to popular attractions and shopping malls. This stay experience is perfect, and I will choose this place next time I travel!

As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk staff gave me a warm smile, checked me in quickly, and carefully introduced various services. When I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the air was fresh and moist. The hotel breakfast was also a pleasant surprise and I was very satisfied. When I checked out, the staff also asked about my stay attentively. I really couldn't find any fault with this stay!

The room is especially suitable for two kids, very spacious, and the facilities are relatively new. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it tastes good! The hotel is not old, the room hygiene is average, because there is dust in some places (this is not directly in contact with the use of the room), but there are obvious stains in the bathtub, hahaha, I arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon and waited for a while before getting the room. It can be seen that the guy at the front desk is very anxious for the customers... The location of the hotel is very convenient for eating, and the price-performance ratio is acceptable
