TTamuLocation: this hotel is located on a parallel road from the main road. To access the main road from the hotel, cross the parallel road, turn left and there is a short stair down to the main road. This stair is unlit at night, but still visible. It may not be safe for single women at night. Service: the staff are really amazing. Always willing to help. Laundry service provided by the hotel is good (40k VND/kg). Although the breakfast is the same each day, the meals are delicious. There are tours to Lan Ha bay which the hotel can organise. Room: the interior size of the room with balcony is same as the room without balcony. The room without balcony has windows that open to the stairwell. If you book this room, the air circulation may not be good.

PPhongTruongReally recommended this hotel for solo or foreigners. This hotel is new and the facilities are very good, they have pool and restaurant too. This is my first experience staying at dorm room and is better than I thought, I have a large, private space and the bed and curtains are clean. Just remind you to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or bring your own shampoo because their's same as other hotel, not so good. Anyway, cant not demand too much for a price like that. Next time to Cat Ba I definitely come back here.

SShardaleI needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.
