Flamingo Cat Ba Resort – Managed by Flamingo Hotels & Resorts

We had a lovely stay at Flamingo. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and tidy with a good space. A little bit more care could be taken with the swimming pools. They all need a good clean, they are looking very tired. There is a lot of space not being used and it let's the hotel down. The bathroom harbours mould on the tiles around the bath, could be the shower head that sits over the bath and splashes the bathroom floor. All round lovely stay, just needs a little attention.

Nice hotel on the island. They offer a shuttle into town for 60K

Very good place

Great location and customer service. The breakfast was excellent, serving Western and Asian cuisine.

Amazing hotel with excellent pool and outdoor areas, the bad bit is that kitchen closed by the time we reached the hotel at 9.00 pm , and the room service was absolutely pathetic. We ordered food at 9.45 pm and we were told that the food will start getting cooked from 11.00 pm and will be ready by 11.30pm. Just pathetic. Need to do better on that front.

The room was beautiful and perfectly clean. The location is nice and quiet, although a little too quiet at times. The only real negative was the fact that we bought a full board package, because the restaurant food was totally monotonous, and what's more often dinner was "Crispy fried" whatever had been offered at lunchtime. I appreciate the need not to waste food but my wife spent the last 48 hours of our stay in the room / on the toilet. Not ideal!!!

It is a chance to live in the absolutely beauty! Service is perfect. Food. Indoor pools, onsens.. But the very best is location! Can recommend room with ocean view, its worth it.

1. AC unit is centralized control. Difficult to change to customer' s need. 2. Poor a amenities for five star rated hotel resort. 3. Bathtub only. No shower stall. Bathroom floor full of water each time. Bad design for a five-star hotel resort. 4. Very popular hotel excellent location. 5. Breakfast quality is excellent. I will give 7/10.overall

Very nice hotel , however you need to pay to use the pool table, pay to use the mineral pools, you have to pay to use lots of the activities advertised
