MMichele WoodThere is a difference between a suite and a studio. The suite has a separate room. Studio is one room. Both have small kitchen and pull out sofa. In our studio we could use the cushions from the sofa as another extra bed on the floor! There was no oven - just a stove top. There is full fridge, freezer, microwave, some dishes, some utensils and a pot and pan. Indoor pool was nice and warm maybe about 88?. Hot tub was adjustable heat and beautiful with jets. Great view of Pikes Peak. Not noisy. There was a full shower in the pool area (no walls and in the pool area). Lots of choices for breakfast buffet - eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, sausage, waffles.

CColleen M.Amazing staff with an understanding of being not just professionally courteous and welcoming but as well as compassionate and empathetic of someone who struggles with a chronic illness. I would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible, especially the manager, Jeff. He went above and beyond and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you guys for an amazing stay, every time. I hope to see you guys again soon. :)

우우지티모All the staff were really friendly. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The room was different than what I booked, but it still had a mountain view.
The breakfast was standard and the pork sausages were the best part of it.
The only negative I have about the hotel is that the surrounding area didn’t feel too safe. Inside the hotel was perfectly fine, but once you go outside there are many homeless people around the property. One even approached us as we were outside.

TTamuStayed on my own as part of our conference. Room was good but not 5 star. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was amazing. The staff were friendly but not upfront helpful. Friendly but forthcoming. Breakfast was great, fast and the staff gave priority to seating at the best view on a first come basis which was a nice, considerate touch. The main reception area is beautiful with high timber ceilings with beams and a huge fire. I'd stay again although not that close to shops but Uber was reasonably available and fast.

TTamuEverything was good. The room was clean and for the most part it was quiet. When I booked my room I wasn't told about the $150 deposit needed to stay. The front desk person wouldn't even work with me on it. he was pretty rude about it and the girl just stood behind him and let him continue to be rude about it. Luckily I was able to find the money somehow but they really need to be able to help you out when you're not told about the deposit being that high. They should be able to help lower it as a courtesy of you're not told about it up front. Other than that everything was good.

TTamuWell looks are surely deceiving. You would think this hotel would have much more amenities then it has. It said a breakfast online but truthfully that wasn't the case. Mixed cereal with raisin bran and frosted flaked, muffins and watered down coffee isn't a breakfast. I alreast expected a waffle maker. But nothing of the kind. Other then that I was given a room with a giant hole in the restroom door.
