Hotel dekat Gedung RCBC Plaza, Makati

BAGUS: Lokasi bagus dalam jarak berjalan kaki / taksi singkat ke Green Belt dan Poblacion. Ukurannya besar bahkan untuk kamar standar. Area dapur kecil yang bagus. Fasilitas gym & kolam renang dasar yang bagus. Staf yang ramah. TIDAK BEGITU BAIK: Staf tidak mengembalikan paspor pada saat check-in, harus memintanya keesokan harinya. Kebersihan kamar di bawah standar, banyak kecoa & lalat di kamar. Yang paling tidak bisa diterima adalah ada bahan pokok di bak mandi yang menusuk jari kakiku! Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah pengalaman menginap yang baik. Semoga mereka bisa berkembang karena saya sangat menyukai lokasinya!

Bisa saja memberikan lebih banyak handuk terutama bagi mereka yang menginap selama beberapa hari. Namun, mereka langsung menanggapi permintaan.

It's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly

The receptionists were very nice and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the bunk beds didn’t have curtains or any kind of cover for privacy. I had to hang the blanket to create some separation and used my own blanket to sleep. One of the guests (an Indian visitor) was quite noisy during the night, and the door kept making strange noises whenever people came and went. While the staff was great, the sleeping experience wasn’t very comfortable.
