PPengguna AnonimThe place located a bit far from Vangvieng city center but it's a perfect place for staycation. We went there on week day so there's not a lot of people stay in the hotel which is very good for our group. Hotel have a wonderful view of mountain and river for us to just sit and stair at it, but if you prefer to swim can go ahead! Staff are very friendly and ready to help, 100% satisfy with all service. We contacted hotel staff before our visit so they turn on the AC ready before our arrival. We also met two lovely siberian husky there too!

AAwakened Free SoulExcellent location- few steps to 7-11, mini mart and ATM; plenty of cafes and local food shops along the same street, 5 min to night market. Great breakfast- 5 types of fruits and decent portions of eggs breakfast to choose from. Coffee, tea, juice available during breakfast time. Reception- helpful, English speaking staffs Cleanliness- considered very good, washroom and shower room are clean and not wet. Vibe- mostly teenagers to westerners aged 20’s, who seem get along and enjoy spending time at lobby area during evening till late Downsides 1)AC off from 10am to 6pm; renovation of swimming pool started from 8am and it’s hard to chill or relax at lobby area during my 2 days stay. 2)Sleep- my room is the nearest to lobby area, the guests were loud talking, laughing the whole night till 2am + on my first night( I couldn’t fall asleep at all) the 2nd night karaoke and music bombarded from 9pm to 11pm, thereafter guests continued talking and laughing loud till late. Perhaps earplugs and eye mask could help with coping the downsides, given the overall consideration, it’s not bad for a quick night stay.

TTamuFeel like having fresh mango for breakfast? The fruit selection at the buffet is epic. They have fresh coffee and mango smoothies. The rooms are beautiful, amazing view, bottled water, toothbrushes, even face towels. Quiet air conditioning and there's a ceiling fan too. The beds are comfortable - we got a triple room with 3 single beds- and the power points are right next to the beds. Overall, our favourite hotel for the trip. Oh and the pool is great. We spent an afternoon drinking beer on the beach chairs and swimming. *We got our own tuktuk back to the train station for 30k each instead of the 50k offered by the hotel.

TTamuDreamy view from the room if you get the villas, otherwise rooms are in the back, of the rice paddies, food is mediocre and on the pricey side, i wouldn’t have mind if it was delicious, but views were gorgeous but do take note that the paddies are not year round, make sure you visit when the fields are green, room is good for 2 people, since it is not that big, a bit of a walk from the city center/ restaurants! But if you enjoy walking up with a view, and love taking nice pictures, this is the hotel for you
