MMagLimThe room was clean and spacious. Fresh clean towels were changed everyday. The location was good too with eateries nearby, subway and bus station were all within 5min walk. The airport limousine bus is right in front of the hotel which is so convenient. The bathroom lighting is good for us ladies who needs doing makeup but with a full length mirror in the room would be perfect!

오오늘의여행자아주 깔끔하고 실용적인 숙소이에요ㅎㅎㅎ 객실 컨디션이 사진과 거의 동일했어요.침구류가 정돈되어 있어 첫인상이 좋아요❤️침대 매트리스도 푹 꺼지지 않고 적당히 탄탄해서 숙면하기 괜찮았고, 자쿠지도 크기도 크고 깊어서 몸 담그기 너무 좋았어요 최고최고! 전체적으로 가성비가 좋고, 깔끔함과 실용성을 중요하게 생각하는 분들에게 적합한 숙소입니다:)

SSolo AceI ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

SSolo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
