Hotel dekat Gerbang Hwahongmun, Suwon

Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya menggunakannya. Ketika saya check in, mereka menjelaskan semuanya kepada saya secara detail dan membuat saya merasa nyaman. Ruangannya luas, bersih dan nyaman. Terhubung langsung ke Stasiun Suwon, sehingga Anda dapat menikmati banyak tempat berbelanja dan kuliner. Itu adalah hotel yang pasti akan saya tinggali jika saya memiliki kesempatan untuk pergi ke Suwon lagi.

The room was clean and spacious. Fresh clean towels were changed everyday. The location was good too with eateries nearby, subway and bus station were all within 5min walk. The airport limousine bus is right in front of the hotel which is so convenient. The bathroom lighting is good for us ladies who needs doing makeup but with a full length mirror in the room would be perfect!

Lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan halte kereta bawah tanah dan bus. Papan namanya terlihat jelas, sehingga mudah ditemukan. Saat masuk, ada teh selamat datang, biji kopi, dan pembuat es, suatu keharusan musim panas ini. Liftnya lebih kecil dari yang saya perkirakan, yang terasa agak sempit, tetapi interiornya tampaknya dirancang dengan cermat. Menuju kamar yang ditentukan agak sulit. Jalannya tidak lurus, jadi kita harus mencari kamar di tepi danau. Begitu masuk, bau rokok langsung tercium... Itulah kesan pertama saya. Tidak ada barang sekali pakai, tetapi perlengkapan mandi disediakan. Rasio harga dan kinerja untuk satu malam lumayan, tetapi saya tidak suka bau rokok di kamar.

아주 깔끔하고 실용적인 숙소이에요ㅎㅎㅎ 객실 컨디션이 사진과 거의 동일했어요.침구류가 정돈되어 있어 첫인상이 좋아요❤️침대 매트리스도 푹 꺼지지 않고 적당히 탄탄해서 숙면하기 괜찮았고, 자쿠지도 크기도 크고 깊어서 몸 담그기 너무 좋았어요 최고최고! 전체적으로 가성비가 좋고, 깔끔함과 실용성을 중요하게 생각하는 분들에게 적합한 숙소입니다:)

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
