着いたら、アメニティやウェルカムドリンクなど色々なものを貰えて楽しかったです。 部屋は、清潔感がありお風呂も広く、朝は部屋の窓から日の出も見れて最高でした。 ずっとホテルに居たくなるような部屋で一泊じゃ足りないなと思ったのでまた行きたいです。 歩いて江ノ島に行けて立地も良かったです。 チェックアウト時に送迎車を用意してくれて近くの駅まで送って貰いました。最後まで素敵なサービスをありがとうございました。

The location is very convenient, near the JR station. The onsen is clean but it is very small. The staff are helpful and help us a lot about our lost item. Free drink provided. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Kami secara khusus memilih hotel dengan onsen, tetapi ketika kami sampai di sana ternyata hanya ada 2 kamar dengan onsen. Dan kami harus memilih kamar seperti itu. TETAPI! Tidak ada informasi tentang ini di mana pun. Kami ingin membatalkan reservasi, tetapi ada kesulitan dengan pengembalian. Akibatnya, kami menderita membawa koper dan membayar lebih untuk taksi. Kesal dan kecewa. Sisi positifnya: air, kopi, teh di lobi. Itu saja.

The location of this apartment is very close to enoshima island and the beaches which is a plus. There is a 7 eleven nearby. The unpleasant part is I had issues finding parking initially. The ”road” that leads to the apartment building is also used by pedestrians so you have to drive very carefully and slow. There is no free parking. The nearest parking cost 2600 yen a day. The bath towels provided are very small. There is no tap to fill up the bathtub so you have to use the shower head which is rather strange.
