JJaneybBeautiful inside since refurbishment and extremely clean . Staff so welcoming and cant do enough for you . Hotel right on Princess Street so very central, beds comfortable and sheets so soft . Breakfast buffet was incredible. Would definitely return .

TTamuLocation: Very conveniently located right across a couple of bus stops and also a few steps away from Ocean Terminal tram stop. The Oean Terminal has a few well known brand outlets which we did not visit but if you have nothing else to do, it could be a nice way to spend your time. Also the Royal Britannia Yacht is right there.
Cleanliness and facilities: just as expected from IHG, very clean and also the facilities that we wanted: luggage storage, a simple bar/ restaurant and hot breakfast. Nothing extraordinary but absolutely essential. Note: scrambled eggs could be better.
Service: OK, as expected. We had already sent a note saying we were going to arrive between 1 AM and 1:30 AM, and when we came to the reception around 1:15 AM, they promptly delivered the keys and on the inside of the card was written ”no show”. Which means the reception doing the night shift never saw our note and had already marked us as possible ”no show”. It did not hurt us, but I did not like the fact they never read our note, it shows the impersonal nature of their service. Therefore I deducted one star.
Note: The cranberry tea is a nice selection. It helped my headache. Thanks.

IIsabe11aThis is a rather disappointing stay. I hope we can get a proper compensation.
1. The bathroom does not have any basic toiletries, not even hand soap. We had to go down to reception to ask and was given hand lotion and told that it works as hand soap?!?
2. Breakfast is not ready at 7am. Breakfast is supposed to serve from 7 - 10am. On first morning, breakfast spread was not complete because chef came to work late. (Photo shows what was available to guests). We had to leave to catch our day tour bus so we barely ate anything. On the next day, no breakfast was served because there was issues with gas.
3. Room cleaning was not complete. Room cleaning only made the beds and refreshed the towels. The dustbins were not emptied and the toilet papers were not replenished.

HhsuwinKamarnya cukup bersih dan lokasinya sangat bagus. Letaknya tepat di kota tua Edinburgh dan sangat mudah untuk pergi ke mana saja. Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah tempat tidurnya mengeluarkan banyak suara dan juga sangat berisik saat orang berjalan memasuki kamar. Setiap orang harus menyiapkan penyumbat telinga. Itu bukan masalah besar. Untungnya lokasinya strategis dan ada bar di lantai bawah. Bir Skotlandia itu enak.

AArthurChenTNilai uangnya luar biasa. Sarapannya biasa saja. Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun kereta Haymarket, tetapi tidak ada layanan bus, jadi Anda harus berjalan kaki ke sana, sekitar 20 menit. Untuk mencapai pusat kota, Anda perlu berjalan kaki 10 menit ke halte bus. Kastil Edinburgh berjarak sekitar 30 menit berjalan kaki. Staf resepsionisnya sangat ramah.
