Hotel dekat Stasiun Bawah Tanah Hammersmith, London

Had a great one-night stay in London! Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of food spots in the gardens. I grabbed a delicious morning bagel before checking out at 12pm, which was super convenient. We also had access to the pool but sadly ran out of time to use it, definitely something to try next time!

Very nice staff, very helpful. Breakfast buffet available, and when I needed to leave very early in the morning they provided me some cold food(croissants, muffins, oranges and hot coffee/chocolate). They also provide tooth brush/paste, shaving set, comb when asked at the reception. A couple of minor things: corridors are a bit hard to navigate for me, was not obvious which door leads to elevators, needed to read the signs after getting lost 😅. I am not sure but breakfast seems to be the same every day? On the second day of my stay eggs were not there, but the rest was the same, I guess. I loved the option that you can grab a cup of coffee/chocolate/tea with you to go after you finished your breakfast. Not sure about every room, but mine didn't have a refrigerator, but I remember in my other IHG hotel stay there was one. Also hearing is possible only via air conditioner, and the maximum temperature is regulated, as I understood. Otherwise very neet hotel, clean, friendly.

Amazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

Hotelnya bersih dan stafnya ramah, penitipan bagasi berjalan lancar karena tiba pagi-pagi sekali dan meninggalkan bagasi hingga setelah check-out karena berangkat larut malam. Sarapannya sederhana tapi berlimpah. Kamar double-nya kompak tapi cukup untuk kebutuhan saya. Harganya terjangkau dan lokasinya bagus, 5 menit jalan kaki dari stasiun Euston.

Hotel ini menawarkan nilai yang cukup baik dengan fasilitas standar dan pilihan sarapan yang memuaskan. Namun, saya sangat kecewa dengan protokol pasca-check-out mereka terkait barang yang terlupa. Selama menginap, saya meninggalkan beberapa makanan yang sudah dibuka dan belum dibuka di kulkas kamar. Sayangnya, staf membuang atau menyimpan barang-barang ini tanpa memberi tahu saya—sangat berbeda dengan pengalaman saya baru-baru ini di hotel pedesaan di Liverpool, di mana resepsionis langsung memberi tahu saya tentang parfum yang terlupa. Meskipun kerugian finansial di sini kecil (sekitar £30), kurangnya komunikasi mencerminkan standar layanan pelanggan yang buruk. Untuk sebuah hotel ternama di London, kelalaian seperti itu tidak terduga. Saya mendesak manajemen untuk merevisi kebijakan mereka: pesan sederhana kepada tamu tentang barang-barang yang terlupa akan sangat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan profesionalisme.

Setelah awal perjalanan yang kurang menyenangkan, Reip.com datang membantu dan mengganti hotel kami ke Hotel Berjaya, dan kami sangat senang mereka melakukannya. Hotel tua ber***a London yang masih bagus, lokasi strategis 200 meter dari stasiun Bayswater dan akses cepat ke semua tempat.

Lokasi Royal Eagle Hotel tepat di Paddington, di sebelah stasiun kereta. Sayangnya kunjungan kami tidak senyaman lokasinya, kamar tidak memiliki AC dan sangat panas dan lembab, sehingga sangat sulit untuk tidur sepanjang malam. Keesokan paginya, kami bahkan tidak bisa mandi karena tidak ada air dingin / hangat, airnya panas sekali.
