Many things to admire about the hotel but the friendly welcome from receptionist Lesley is a treat after a long day travelling.

TTamuBooked double room for me, my partner & my baby. The room was so tiny, the bed was extremely uncomfortable & had dirt on it. The dust in the room made it clear the rooms were not cleaned properly.
The room had a door that led into the room next to us, which was not safe for the baby. There was also no privacy, my sister and brother in law had a room opposite and you could hear them talking in there room.
Upgraded to a deluxe room after 1 night in a double room, which was so much better. It was a lot cleaner, a lot bigger and a lot more privacy. The only downfall was we were right next to the maids room and we heard a lot of bickering between the maids as the rooms aren't soundproof.
If you are planning to book here, I'd suggest just paying the extra for the deluxe room as it makes a massive difference.
The pool is decent, it isn't massive but is a good temperature so it is good for kids.

TTamuRoom was big but with no view.i had no service,ordered one bottle of water and i had to went down to pick it up.the bar was shut.facilities were good enough.

TTamuThe Hotel was satisfactory accommodation, the bathroom was clean and tidy, room was very spacious and beds were large and made well. For the price the room was very satisfactory and the only few issues we had is the walls had been repainted a bit shoddy in places and there wasnt a hairdryer, although there was a fan which was a nice suprise.
