I had an absolutely wonderful stay here.The first thing I noticed was how new and incredibly clean everything is.The entire hotel is spotless, from the lobby to the room, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.Their positive attitude really makes this place stand out.I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The Hotel facilities is okay overall. but they charged my client extra for 1 room, if not, my client cannot check out from the hotel. The receiptionist said that we only booked one room, whereas it definitely stated in hotel voucher and receipt that we booked for two rooms. And they charged my client as well before leaving the hotel. just checked out from the hotel on 26/12/2025. Apart from this miscommunication problem, all are alright.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been “accidentally cancelled,” and I ended up waiting for over an hour just to get my room. After reading the Google reviews, it seems I’m not the only one, other guests had the same issue and were even sent to another lower-quality hotel. Although I eventually got the room I originally booked, they never informed me that valet parking costs 300 EGP, and I was only told about the charge during checkout. Charging 300 EGP for parking in Egypt is honestly ridiculous. Overall, the stay was frustrating and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing in the heart of Alexandria inside one of the most attractive shopping centers green plaza mall ( can use private cars, taxi,uber or any apps ) no public transport going there Staff was nice you , rooms some are renovated and others they are working on it

Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat kota. Terdapat jalan tepi laut antara akomodasi dan pantai pribadi hotel. Klakson mobil yang membunyikan klakson tidak tenang di malam hari, sehingga sangat bising. Bagi yang kurang tidur disarankan untuk mempertimbangkannya. Pemandangan dari balkon sangat bagus, dan saya melihat matahari terbenam yang indah di laut. Interior hotel agak biasa dan terlihat agak tua. Setelah menginap di Air Terjun Tua di Aswan dan Istana di Luxor, terutama karena harganya mirip dengan Istana, ada kesenjangan psikologis. Layanan resepsionis kurang profesional saat check-out, dan proses integrasinya tidak lancar. Staf lainnya sangat profesional. Ngomong-ngomong, restoran Yunani di hotel ini lezat 😋😋😋

Разочаровал отель. Расположение прекрасное, но представительский номер заслуживает менее 3-х звезд. Все, включая мебель, ванную комнату, чистоту) очень-очень поношенное. Порадовало только расположение отеля.
