Hotel was almost empty, but the cleaning personal knocked to our door in the morning at 9 am, and told that we need going out from the room, although check-out at 11 am. At night, the porter turned off the lights in the hotel lobby and left, but the doors were open and anyone from the street could enter the hotel. It's not safe.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
