Hotel dekat Kuil Jiming, Nanjing

Secara keseluruhan, masa inap kami menyenangkan. Hotelnya bersih, setiap siang ada pergantian staf kebersihan di kamar. Kedap suara hotel mungkin tidak terlalu bagus, tetapi bagi saya cukup oke. Hotel ini berjarak 5 menit dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Lokasinya cukup bagus, banyak restoran dan toko di dekatnya. Kekurangan bagi saya adalah: tidak ada sikat toilet, meja samping tempat tidur hanya di satu sisi. Dan meskipun tertera bahwa kamar dirancang untuk 2 orang, hanya ada 1 kursi di meja. Tidak ada juga telepon untuk menghubungi resepsionis. Dan tidak ada lemari juga, jadi tidak nyaman untuk menyimpan barang.

No complaints with the room. Big room, comfortable and well furnished. Easier to get around using Didi from this hotel.

酒店位置不錯，在市中心，到鼓樓地鐵很便利，附近都有商圈！有問必答，房間設施齊全，配一次性洗漱品和加濕器，淡季性價比可以的。就是隔音比較不理想，但是總的來説，還是很好！感謝大家！😬🙏

I stayed at this hotel over a weekend, and it was completely sold out (fully booked). Having lived in Nanjing previously, I know this hotel is quite famous, but I honestly cannot understand the five-star rating. The room wasn't dirty, but it was incredibly poorly maintained. The lobby is gorgeous, and the first-floor restrooms gave me the impression that the whole place would be pure luxury, but the room itself was, at best, a three-star experience. The issues were clear: The wallpaper was peeling, the furniture was scuffed and worn, the ceiling was very dirty, and the sink was separating from the counter. The hotel needs a massive, urgent renovation to truly justify calling itself a five-star establishment! The location is excellent, and I have no complaints about the cleanliness. The front desk staff was very cordial and polite. However, I sent a message via the Ctrip app before my stay, and it was never answered. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to a ”lake view” on the 23rd floor. Frankly, it was nothing special. The windows were not exactly clean on the outside, and the view didn't impress me. I appreciate the hotel for the upgrade, but much more improvement is needed. Hotel prices in Nanjing are quite high, especially the weekend I stayed due to the marathon. However, paying 355 yuan for a ok hotel was not worth it; I should have spent a little more for a place with newer facilities and better aesthetics. I've stayed in many hotels across China, and I can guarantee this one is nowhere near a true five-star rating. I thank the kind staff for their service, but the management needs to address the urgent maintenance issues. P.S. Oh, and for those who don't speak Chinese, watch out for those master switches! (Last pic) I pressed one before bed and all the lights went off, and I thought, ”Wow, that's handy! One switch to turn off everything in the room, I like it.” Turns out, that switch didn't just turn off the lights—it cut all power to the room. So, our phones were completely dead when we woke up in the morning! 🤡

Room was so clean. Bed was so soft. Staff is too busy to talk. I asked for map but they do not have many for tourists. I will go there again. It is near zoo and Nanjing railway station. I did not see restaurant nearby.
