Hotel dekat Stadion Stade de Suisse, Berne

From arrival it felt I was judged as I just came for hike and now in my going out clothes. 3am footsteps above ere so pound kept me awake, moving at that time caused me anxiety so I tried putting my headphones in. 7am it started again. I came to check out and mentioned it and basically was told off my the male reception most for not coming to them and then asked for city tax. Customer care was zero! I was tired and upset and all I got was rudeness. At 3am I don’t want to be moving room. I hasn’t asked for a refund. Maybe a coffee or a wave of the city tax would have been nice rather that this lack of regard. Never ever will I stay here again and I would highly appreciate a chat with the manager as I am not happy about this treatment.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta, dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki, dan memiliki resepsionis 24 jam. Karena kereta terlambat, kami tiba di hotel setelah tengah malam. Kamarnya kecil, tetapi setiap detailnya tertata rapi. Tersedia payung di kamar, dan ransel bisa dipinjam di resepsionis. Dua cokelat diletakkan di tempat tidur saat masuk.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, tepat di seberang stasiun. Berjalan kaki ke kota tua Bern juga sangat mudah. ​​Ada beberapa supermarket dan restoran di dekatnya. Wanita yang bertugas saat check in sangat antusias dan hangat. Hotel juga menyiapkan buah-buahan untuk para tamu, itu adalah hal yang paling memuaskan 😁. Kamarnya menghadap ke jalan, jadi saya khawatir akan berisik, tetapi ternyata... sangat sunyi. Sebaliknya, suara dari orang yang berjalan menaiki tangga atau menyiram toilet terdengar lebih keras. Ruangannya besar, dan meskipun peralatannya tua, namun terawat baik dan bersih. Kekurangannya bagi saya adalah: bantalnya terlalu rendah, pemanasnya tidak memadai, selimutnya agak tipis, dan agak dingin untuk tidur di malam hari.

Saya membuat reservasi tanpa mengetahui apakah hotel mengizinkan layanan mandiri, tetapi senang bisa memasak di ruang umum di lantai pertama. Kopi nikmat tersedia gratis, ada penjernih air, dan Anda bisa minum coklat dan aneka teh. Ada juga bahan sederhana seperti garam dan minyak. Saat-saat yang sangat menyenangkan, membeli makanan di kandang, menyantapnya, dan minum teh di ruang terbuka. Buah juga disediakan. (Terkadang tidak ada) Pokoknya untuk harga Swiss yang mahal... Menurut saya hotel dengan kualitas seperti ini sangat bagus. (Kamarnya kecil dan tidak terlalu bagus. Kami berada di lantai dua, jadi... tapi tempat tidurnya empuk dan bagus. Tempat tidurnya juga bagus.) Jika saya check in online terlebih dahulu, menerima tiket transportasi Bern, dan mendaftarkannya di aplikasi transportasi (saya tidak ingat namanya), saya bisa menggunakannya selama 52 jam (saya tidak yakin) untuk 2 malam tinggal. Saya merekomendasikannya.. ~ Nilai uang yang luar biasa.!!!!

The rooms and facilities were immaculate and the buffet breakfast has all you could possibly want and all super fresh. The staff were super helpful and made arrangements to move a fellow roomie who wasn’t in a good mental or physical space with no hesitation. Would definitely come back here again. Also, I realised after my stay that I was due a 15% discount because I had an EURail pass so make sure you use that if you have one and are booking

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

Just one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.
