EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

PPengguna AnonimSuperbly strategic location just across the Geneva train station and is only 7 mins with the train to airport.. quite a lot of shops & eateries nearby.. about 8 mins walk to cross the lake as well... though it is near to the main road where buses, trams & cars but was too tired to hear anything.. room wise quite alright for 2 pax with 2 luggages

TTamuVery convenient with a shuttle bus every 20 mins to and from Airport. Room is small but adequate for 2 people for a short stay. As a tourist, also have a free transport card to travel within Geneva, which is again only 20-25 mins away. Only issue is queue for shuttle bus in mornings can be chaotic because of queue jumpers and people without lugguage, which means may miss first bus….so just be aware if catching a fligh

YYimYWYTempat ini sungguh indah, dengan pemandangan yang memukau. Lokasinya strategis bagi mereka yang perlu naik kereta, karena letaknya tepat di sebelah hotel. Setiap kamar menawarkan pemandangan yang berbeda, tetapi semuanya indah.
Sarapannya juga sangat berlimpah, dengan beragam makanan dan minuman, dan pelayanannya cukup lama.
Tempat tidurnya empuk, bahkan sofanya lebih nyaman daripada sofa hotel lainnya. Kamarnya luas dan bisa menampung banyak barang bawaan.
Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu.
Balkon di kamar kami sangat luas dan nyaman. Angin berembus di wajah saya, dan hujan mengguyur wajah saya... sungguh melegakan. Setelah seharian beraktivitas, kami kembali ke hotel, melepas sepatu, dan merebahkan diri di tempat tidur, merasakan pelukan lembut tubuh, membiarkan kami tertidur dengan nyaman dan tenang. Kami tidur nyenyak... kami bahkan tidak sadar ketika bangun karena tempat tidurnya begitu nyaman. Ketika akhirnya bangun, kami pergi ke lantai dasar untuk sarapan. Sepanjang jalan, kami melihat koridor mewah, dengan hiasan unik berbentuk jam di tengahnya. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini luar biasa. Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi jika berkesempatan mengunjungi Swiss!

Très bon produit grâce à sa situation et porte bien son nom LAKE GENEVA HOTEL il est très bien situé et vous offre une extraordinaire belle vue du lac Leman de Genève et de ses montagnes tout autour.
Le personnel est chaleureusement accueillant et bienveillant et à l'écoute du client
Dès le soir de notre arrivée On nous a proposé une chambre d'angle au 1er étage avec vue sur le lac que je ne voyais pas au primabord puisque il faisait nuit et en plus au moment de la réservation sur site ce n'était pas dans les prédispositions.
Mais une fois sur place j'ai tout de suite validé malgré le petit surcoup mais cela en valait la joie et les 🤑 sur l'étendue du lac le lendemain au réveil et de son lit le spectacle etait époustouflant.
La suite sera plus agréable avec les petits déjeuner hyper copieux et surtout très bon rapport qualité prix du vrai English breakfast à côté du continental un mélange français Anglais et le restaurant est d'un niveau supérieur et les plats sont servis avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et du savoir faire dans les recettes. C'est à voir pour le croire.
Allez y sans calculer mais faites vous un petit budget puisque c'est la SUISSE et c'est GENÈVE et son LAC

CChuanma613Kamar-kamar hotelnya luar biasa bagus. Tiba di Jenewa dengan kereta api tengah malam, naik taksi hanya butuh waktu lebih dari sepuluh menit. Meskipun tiba larut malam, staf resepsionisnya sangat ramah. Tempat duduk di lantai satu dikenakan biaya. Kamar mandi di lantai satu sangat bagus!

CCNK_Lokasi hotelnya sempurna. Stasiun Kereta Jenewa berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki, dan halte bus hanya berjarak dua blok, sehingga sangat nyaman untuk bepergian ke berbagai kota. Dibandingkan dengan hotel-hotel dengan harga serupa di area yang sama, eksterior hotel relatif baru, sehingga terasa seperti hotel baru.
Kamarnya persis seperti yang dijelaskan online, dan pemandangannya indah, dengan pemandangan danau sebagian.
Hotel ini juga memberi kami voucher transportasi dua hari, yang memungkinkan kami untuk menggunakan transportasi gratis di pusat kota Jenewa. Saya sangat senang! Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada teman-teman saya!
