TTorbsVery very pleasant stay. We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip
- location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas
- staff was all around very friendly
- high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc).
- beds were extremely comfortable
- breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals
- gym is small but all you need is there

TTamuThis is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best.

TTamuThe name in my reservation was changed and I need to wait for the front desk person to talk to the manager and fix my reservation, we arrive to the hotel at 1:09 am after a long trip we had to wait for about 1h to get our room, very frustrating

MMevayLocation is good. It is relatively close to the sky train and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors walking and faucet running. The building is old with some renovations done. Could improve on the shower pressure and the air condition fan was noisy.
The description on our room was “courtyard view” but I got the view of the roof with some air units and rain water.
Staff at the front desk was courteous.
I think parking should have been included.
