Hotel dekat Marina NewQuay, Docklands

The check in process was a little clunky but we got there in the end, nice apartment we enjoyed it

Pelanggan tetap. Layanan di resepsionis luar biasa, tidak sempat menggunakan kolam renang infinity kali ini karena Melbourne sedang musim dingin. Kamar agak berdebu dan lampu di kamar mandi berkedip-kedip. Petugas kebersihan dan staf sangat ramah dan profesional. Layanan parkir valet bagus. Sarapan mengecewakan karena staf yang bekerja di sana tampak murung dan tidak tahu apa yang sedang terjadi, kecuali satu orang yang terlihat seperti manajer. Akan kembali lagi tetapi tidak akan repot-repot dengan prasmanan sarapan.

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!

Venue was great, pool area wad amazing. Staff are extremely polite and the 1 bedroom apartment was amazing. Will stay again, for sure.
