"I got ripped off by TripAdvisor. I originally wanted to book a hotel near Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles. I had already booked one, but when I refreshed the page, a cheaper option appeared, so I canceled the original hotel and booked the newly recommended one. It even claimed to have a room for six people and included breakfast. When my family and I went to the hotel after our trip, we entered the information into the GPS and were shocked to find it was an hour's drive away – we were already outside of Los Angeles! Since we had two-day tickets, we had to drive another hour to Los Angeles the next morning. And the claim of a six-person room was completely misleading; it was all a lie."

She was very knowledgeable and helpful many times during my stay. The other member of your team that was the icing on the cake was Maria in the breakfast room. She truly made me feel like I was the only occupant in the hotel. But she treated all guests with a caring smile and conversation if needed. I feel my wife and I have made a friend. House keeping was top notch and always there when needed. The grounds, pool and gym were always lovely. A definite place to stay and relax. Rick"
