Ulasan Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs™ Area, an IHG Hotel

Lingkungan hotel sangat buruk dan sikap pelayanan sangat buruk. Begitu saya masuk, saya mulai menjual tiket wisata. Saya menginap di hotel selama 5 hari dan tidak membersihkan kamar selama 3 hari. Setelah check out, Saya dikenakan biaya layanan harian sebesar 36 pisau.

Ini adalah hotel terburuk yang pernah saya kunjungi (dan saya telah tinggal di lebih dari 500). Check-in sangat tertunda. Gadis di resepsi mengetik sekitar 20 menit di komputer, sementara saya menunggu, semuanya dalam keheningan total. Saya tidak tahu apakah dia sedang mencari reservasi saya atau dia sedang mengobrol dengan seseorang. Ketika dia akhirnya berbicara kepada saya, dia mengatakan bahwa semuanya baik-baik saja, tetapi saya harus membayar biaya sebesar 37 usd per orang, yang merupakan biaya tambahan untuk layanan resor. Keesokan harinya, kami pergi jalan-jalan dan ketika kami kembali, kami melihat bahwa mereka telah merapikan kamar, tetapi kali ini mereka tidak meninggalkan satu handuk pun untuk kami. Kami menelepon untuk menanyakannya. Orang yang membesarkannya bahkan tidak meminta maaf, dia membawa 4 handuk di dalam tas, yang dia berikan kepada saya dengan cara yang tidak baik. Malam itu juga, kami mencoba menggunakan setrika pakaian dan ternyata rusak. Kami menelepon untuk segera membawakannya, karena kami akan pergi makan malam dan perlu menyetrika pakaian kami. Sudah waktunya untuk menelepon lagi setengah jam kemudian, agar mereka mengangkat piringnya. Malam itu, mereka menagih kartu kredit saya lagi sebesar $8 dan saya tidak pernah tahu alasannya. Saya pergi ke resepsi untuk bertanya, kapan saya akan pergi, dan tidak ada seorang pun di sana. Aku harus pergi, karena aku harus makan siang. Sebenarnya hotel ini sangat mengecewakan.

This hotel offers free shuttle services to all major Disney parks every day, and remember to book your time online in advance. If you want early park entry, you also need to handle that online beforehand. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were also offered a welcome drink, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to the strong wind, leaves often fall into the water. However, there’s also a hot water spa nearby, which is great for relaxation. The laundry room is located in the WING Tower and requires token exchange, which is somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast selection is good, and the serving hours are long, but it would be better if there were more options for hot food. Overall, this is a highly cost-effective choice, especially suitable for family trips. If you don’t want to stay at a Disney flagship hotel, this is definitely a great alternative—clean, convenient, and highly recommended!

The hotel was in the perfect location! About 10 minute walk to Disney springs, 20 minute shuttles to the Disney parks, and 20 minutes from the airport. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. They were kind enough to hold onto our bags after check out so we could enjoy one last day in the parks. We also really enjoyed the shuttles to and from each park, those were extremely convenient. The only negative experience of our stay was after we first checked in, there’s another desk when you try to walk to your room and the guy stops you saying you get a “free gift.” Just FYI it’s a timeshare presentation and don’t waste your time listening to him talk for 20 minutes about the new holiday inn resort. Highly recommend staying here if you don’t want to pay those Disney Resort prices! Very clean and convenient.

This hotel provided Disney shuttle bus and it is so convenience. Of course it is free. So I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is at a great location, close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is a little smaller than expected especially the bathroom counter is hardly enough to hold personal hygiene stuff for more than 1 person. The breakfast is buffet type and kids eat free.

This hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

Convenient location, nice staff, good shuttle bus service to Disney World. Would be great if the bar can close later in the evening.

The hotel asked me to the the place because I did not have a physical card, only my card on Apple Pay. They did not reimburse the daily. Trip should have in its webpage the information that the hotel does not accept payments using Apple Pay or digital card.
