"Beautiful town house with private pool that would normally get a 5 star if I didn’t feel like I shared my holiday with my neighbours on both sides . The houses are immaculate and in a lovely area although a car is necessary to get around but Uber is plentiful and cheap to Csrvoeiro town centre . We rented a two bedroom town house which was in the middle of a terrace , there is a gap in the hedges exactly where your sun bed is to allow ease of passage of the gardeners , the problem is this makes you feel like you are sharing the area with your neighbours . You hear every work they say and see them constantly . This gap should really be at the end of the garden for privacy. We had very loud neighbours with teenage kids , thought nothing of cheering on their football team from home . We even knew the score . The houses themselves though are really lovely and new Rooms are large and have a huge balcony off the main bedroom . Fully equipped kitchen . Cleaning was done every second day and they were excellent . One thing to note is the staircase is quite steep if travelling with young kids or elderly . We have been travelling to Carvoeiro on and off for well over 20 years , this was our first time as a couple without our kids and it is still a wonderful place to spend a holiday ."

"Great hotel. We stayed for one night, took a one-room apartment. We were worried that there wouldn’t be another bed for the child. As a result, the bedroom had a huge double bed, and the living room had 2 fold-out sofas. Therefore, in general, 2 adults and 2 children will be accommodated in comfort. The apartment had everything you needed for cooking, pots, pans, spoons, forks, etc. There is also a refrigerator, stove, microwave. Washing machine."

"My stay was not good. I had problems with the service right from the first day. The hotel lacks management; there's no manager present who listens to and cares about the guests. At the restaurant, I paid a bill. When it was time to receive my change, I was in the pool. The employee said he put it on the table. When I got out of the pool and went to the table to get my change, it wasn't there. I complained to the employee and the hotel reception, but nothing was done. No one took responsibility. How is this possible? Terrible hotel management. When I left the hotel, I signed the complaints book. Horrible."
