Espíritu Santo Hotel Boutique

A curious place that isn’t really finished. The second floor rooms have no exterior windows that open so no ventilation. I never saw another guest and my room smelled like sewage. They changed my room twice and the third one on the top floor would have been fine except for the broken toilet seat and the fact that the toilet was improperly installed on the floor and rocked a bunch back and forth. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean but that didn’t compensate for the poor design. Lovely murals and tile work, but the restaurant never opened during the eight days I was there.

We were referred to this hotel during Hurricane Norma. Our dive boat was evacuated as the storm intensified. Plans were made with this hotel ahead of time but the internet was down and the credit card reader would not work. We arrived to a dark hotel and a hostile staff who turned us out after 2 hours of negotiation. What a terrible, terrible experience we had with this property and their lack of compassion during a major storm. They wanted to fleece of us of our cash on hand and not work with our live aboard. Terrible ethics...and the place was a dump. I'm sorry but avoid this property. They look good on the website but they are a hovel.

My family of seven stayed here the week prior to Christmas and I couldn't have asked for better family accommodations. We stayed in the penthouse because it was the only room that would fit us all. Calling it a "room" is really selling it short. It was in actuality a good-sized 3-bedroom apartment with a full-sized kitchen. The living area was massive and had a billiard table. The massive private back deck spanned the entire width of the hotel and provided beautiful panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez and the city. There were a lot of stairs to climb so if you aren't up for that, maybe stay in the lower section of the hotel. The service was fantastic and everyone was very helpful. Any issues we did have were minor and were taken care of right away. The location was super convenient because it was just two blocks from the Malecon (the main boardwalk area along the beach). There were so many restaurants to choose from all within a short walk along the Malecon. Our favorites were Dolce Romero (just 1 block away) and Buzos (about a 5-minute walk along the boardwalk). I would definitely stay here again with my family. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Espiritu Santo Hotel Boutique staff for having us and making our stay so wonderful! Fueron muy amables al ayudarme con un trabajo de la escuela, tienen unas muy bonitas instalaciones y el personal altamente capacitado. El lugar refleja un ambiente cálido donde puedes pasar unos días agradables en familia.

Me deben $500⁰⁰, creo yo que $500⁰⁰ no debería ser un problema pagarlo, me ubiera dicho que me pagaban 200 y no voy, me ofrecieron $500 dije vale la pena, pero $500 no pagarlos, es un robo, lamento mucho a sus colaboradores porque si se pasan no pagar $500 no no

El hotel tiene buena ubicacion, esta bastante cerca al malecon y es facil llegar a cualquier lado si te quedas ahi. A mi y a mis amigos nos toco en la planta baja porque enra la unica habitacion disponible con 2 camas dobles y estuvo bien, habia agua caliente y aire acondicionado. El personal muy amable, y tienen estacionamiento enfrente del hotel. siempre hay que tener en cuenta la relacion de calidad - precio, porque no podeos exigir lo mismo a un hotel 5 estrellas forbes y un hotel boutique de 2,000-3,000 por noche. A mi el hotel si me agradó por lo que pague, solo fui por una noche porque fui a sacar mi pasaporte, y solo fueron unos 2mil pesos la noche por 4 personas y el cabellero que nos atendio siempre fue muy amable.
