Villas la Mar

Villas La Mar has completely exceeded our expectations yet again! This was our second time staying here—this time for our honeymoon—and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. We stayed for three nights in Suite 10, the same suite we fell in love with on our first visit. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of waves and enjoying the cozy firepit on the deck made our stay feel absolutely magical. One of the highlights of this trip was discovering their new sister hotel, La Poza, which has an excellent restaurant called Na Ha. The free golf cart rides from Villas La Mar to La Poza made exploring super convenient. We ended up going there multiple times for meals and massages. The massages were top-notch, and a big shoutout goes to Cindy who helped us book them. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience seamless. We also have to mention Carlos at La Poza—he served us each time we dined at Na Ha and provided wonderful hospitality and service. Another pair of staff members who truly made us feel like family were Caesar and Cindy (at Villas La Mar). They were both exceptionally helpful and greeted us with genuine warmth. Their positive energy really enhanced our overall stay. We can’t wait to come back again in the future—Suite 10 will definitely be calling our names! If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fantastic service, and stunning ocean views, Villas La Mar (and its sister property La Poza) should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended!

I had a last minute delay in travel plans and the folks at Villas La Mar went above and beyond to ensure my last night in Todos Santos was perfect. Cindy was gracious, welcoming and gave me a great tip of where to have some authentic seafood! The views are amazing and the beach was a quick hike down the hill to miles of beautiful beaches.

Outstanding location and amazing apartment like accommodations! We were just so impressed by this property. The views are superb. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to climb up and down. But if you’re in decent physical shape, it’s very well worth the stay. The pool and lounge areas are perfect for a mellow relaxing time. We highly recommend this place as its just a 10 minute drive to town center. Just an exceptional place! We plan to be back.

Staying at Amanda's oceanfront apartment was an absolute dream! The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean right from the balcony. The highlight of my stay was definitely falling asleep on the hammock while listening to the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore. Amanda was a fantastic host, and everyone at La Mar was accommodating and responsive throughout. Can't wait to come back for another relaxing getaway. Thank you!

During our first trip to Todos Santos, we opted to stay at Villas La Mar. What a wonderful experience we had! The villas are amazing (we stayed in #6)! Best views of the amazing bay with so many whales breaching and swimming near the shore. The villa offered a nice kitchen, two beds, ample bathroom and a great patio to view the spectacular sunsets and enjoy al fresco dinning. The beds are firm but very comfortable (especially if you have back problems). We slept very well both nights with the sound of the ocean below and the clean breeze coming through the window. We will definitely stay at the Villas again on our next trip to Todos Santos.

Second time here at Villas La Mar. Last year we stayed in Villa 17, at the very top of almost 100 stairs. The view from there was unparalleled, grand vista to be sure. But this year we chose Villa 10, only 16 steps down, and while the view isn't as grand as 17, it is still stunning. We LOVE staying at Villas La Mar....first off, everything is spotless. Every three days your room is cleaned again and all made up. Secondly, you have a kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat in. We love the fact that some days we just want to make our own dinner or breakfast and eat it on the deck taking in the gorgeous view. We also love the location...just minutes from town (and don't let anyone tell you that a four wheel vehicle is needed....it is not) and a trail takes you down to a beach where you can walk for miles and miles. And one of the things we love the most is the people....Amanda is such a joy to work with when arranging reservations, and is always so prompt in responding to whatever inquiry you might have. She even sent us a list of restaurants open on Christmas day as we were arriving that evening and wasn't sure if there would be somewhere to eat. The staff on site are always so helpful and friendly...loved meeting Cesar this year, and Cindee and Joaquin were also so extremely helpful. And it is so nice to be able to use the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our visits to the beach. The pool/cabana area is so inviting...we actually took a break from the beach a couple of days and just chilled beside the pool. If there is one drawback to staying here, I would say it is parking, particularly when the Villas are all full....but we were always able to find a spot to park. Villas La Mar will always be our go-to spot to stay whenever we come to Todos Santos (which seems to be every year)
