Compared with domestic hotels, the decoration, service and facilities of American hotels are not satisfactory. The decoration is also old and not as good as Atour in China.

The hotel is close to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)/University of California, Los Angeles, as well as large shopping malls Westfield Century City and South Coast Plaza. The hotel service staff has a good attitude, the rooms are all ok, the size is ok, and the view is good.

The hotel is nice, clean and tidy, but a little old, similar to many hotels in the United States. It's very cold when the air conditioner is turned on, and it blows cold air directly onto the bed. If it's not turned on, it will be stuffy. But upgraded to the highest floor, thank you hotel!

The hotel is very old and the facilities are old. During the stay, it may be because labor is expensive and no one cleans it. You must close the bathroom door when you take a shower, otherwise the smoke detector will beep. It is too sensitive. Ctrip and the hotel did not communicate well. I paid Ctrip in advance The hotel said they hadn't received the payment, and they had to charge the accommodation fee. It took two days to get it done. If you can't speak English, you don't know how to do it. It's an unpleasant check-in experience.
