Excellent! Price is cheap, location is good, a lot to do in the resort! There’s butterflies garden, animal barn, observation point, beautiful gardens and plants~ room is very spacious

酒店有自己的徒步小道，看到了樹蛙，犰狳，藍蝴蝶等，還是不錯的，温泉也挺好，雖然不大，但是比較乾淨，整體還是性價比可以的

性價比高的酒店，度假村很大，最好有車，沒車可以叫shuttle，早飯很好，裏面有温泉池8個，還有火山觀景點比國家公園還好看，真心推薦

An amazing property! Many options for swimming and relaxing. Both hot and cool pools, plenty to keep both kids and adults happy. Great views of the volcano. Good food options at the main restaurant as well as the bar. Well-maintained buildings and a very friendly, helpful staff. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay at Los Lagos again!

We stayed for 2 nights at the property. First night there, we had to take cold showers since the hot water was not working in our bathroom. It was fixed promptly the next morning. Please know that if you do not have a car, you will have to wait for the shuttle to be transported around in the property. The shuttle does not automatically run on a route. You have to call the office to have the shuttle come pick you up. On 2 occasions, the office did not pick up. On another occasion after waiting 15 minutes, the shuttle came full so we had to call for another one. If it's raining which often happens in La Fortuna, you will be under the rain waiting for the shuttle. This happened to us. Not a fun thing to do on vacation.

Great place. Enjoyed the location. Enjoyed the springs fed man made pools and varying temperatures. All the different walks with the hotel grounds were nice too. Located close to the main town and restaurants was convenient. I rate this an a-one on the scale of places to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and absolutely loved it. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the grounds. The hot and cold springs are gorgeous, the waterslide and pool area are wonderful for kids, the swim up bar is such a treat and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is lovely - has beautiful views of the grounds and the volcano, and the breakfast is great - lots of options. The only part of our stay that didn't meet my expectations was that we booked a 'mountain view' room, and there was no view of the volcano at all - the outdoor space behind the cabins is very tiny and overgrown. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here.

Great spot to stay in La Fortuna area. Everything is close by and easy to get to from there. The pool and thermal baths were an excellent way to chill in the afternoon between activities or after a long day of adventuring. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food at the pool bar was also great. The whole family gave it a 5/5

Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms clean and comfortable. Pools fantastic...especially our swim up pina coladas served in a pineapple!

Beautiful property, so many choices of pools/hot springs from more secluded to more social. Rooms are dated but large andclean with amazing views of volcano. We found food to be good and all service was excellent with exception of concierge which wasnt too helpful. But would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend to others.

Our stay at los lagos exceeded my expectations. The grounds were beautiful and there was plenty to do without leaving the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and not over priced. The pools were perfect and the whole family loved the stay! I would definitely reccomend staying here!

The hotel was very nice, the Hot Springs were excellent to spend time in the waterslide was fun for kids.
